Purchased my home 8/2020. Brideau came to service my water heater and inspect oil tank. Left their Brideau tag on the system with their work performed contact info. We used Brideau for a while for our oil deliveries. Like everyone else during the pandemic prices were rising. I was shopping around to get the best reasonable prices. I was referred by an assoc to use **********.com bc of their prices. (A sister company so to speak) Brideau trucks/ drivers employed by them delivers that oil. My review/complaint was the lack of customer service when I called at 8am in a panic to a basement covered in water. When they answered my call, she asked me for my account info. She confirmed that in 2021 I had services done. I was a prior customer, but she did notice and state to me that I was using **********.com now. I explained to her that I shopped around & I dont have one specific company (like Brideau) that we use **********. She didnt ask if I wanted to become or better yet reactivate my account with THEIR company, nor did she say OK well, let me see what I can do to possibly schedule you an appt to have someone come out to take a look and see what we can do to help you. Im sure she could hear the frustration and panic in my voice. **********.com I am sure has a burner company they use for issues that arise for their customers then? Could she have recommended them? So because Brideau doesnt deliver my homes heating oil you just tell customers to ****** a burner company in your area and to have a nice day Imagine if that was an 85 yo calling in? Awful customer service, will not use them anymore or their **********. Unfortunately my 1 bad review clearly will mean nothing to them. I am sure their 14,000+ real customers fill their pockets each week. I just hope that a potential customer may by chance read this and think twice.(Only chose 1 star bc I had to, to get my review published
