Make very sure you want the dress you purchase as you will never see any refund or exchange for any reason given. I bought a dress for Mother of the Bride and the skirt attached was pulled high to my rib cage in order for it to fit and therefore they insisted on making adjustments to the top. It was too small for me but they wanted to get rid of this off the rack item and pressured me with "oh, I love this dress, It's my favorite." "You look beautiful." "Doesn't she look lovely in this?" as other sales reps were called in. It made it difficult to hear my own hesitations as it was fast and furious and I lacked confidence in raising my voice and concerns. I so regret going to this store. They are NOT consumer friendly at all. They only care about getting their money and not hearing from you again.Review from Carol A.

This place was not helpful in finding my wedding dress. The woman kept bringing me the opposite of what I was asking for. I spoke to the manager who was very condescending and had no empathy for me. Will not be going back after I pick up my dress. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.Customer Response

I did buy a dress but I felt pressured into buying this dress because it was the only dress that was simple like I had asked for. This dress was the last dress and given to us after 2 hours of 4 woman repeating over and over for a ************* still in school with the way I was spoken too by the Store manager who showed no empathy.

I spoke with the bride. I told her that if she didn't like the dress, she should not have purchased it. If she contacted me the same day after purchasing the dress, I could have stopped the order. She could have looked at other dresses. She assumed we would not help her. She did not contact us until her dress arrived yesterday. The designers do not accept any returns. If she had given us a chance, we could have helped her from the beginning but failed to let us know until her dress arrived.
