      I am a dealer in ******* for 18 years and prior to that my husband sold JSI cabinets. Both locations, **************** and ******* ** has been the best.Customer service is great. I get my cabinets in two to three weeks. If anything is ever damaged in shipping I get replacements in days.My experience with JSI has been nothing but good and I have happy customers. Dealer since day one

      Stay away from JSI cabinets. You will have absolutely zero customer service. We bought a set of JSI Georgetown cabinets in 2008 and have had repeated problems with hinges and soft close drawer slides. The manufacturer will not talk to you. They say that any customer support or replacement parts have to be obtained through a dealer. The company we bought ours from went out of business about a year after our install.I am currently having to try to find replacement drawer slides again and have spent at least 40 hours talking to different dealers trying to get a part.

      My husband and I become dealers for JSI based on a recommendation from a supposed friend who said she was having great success. Worst thing we ever done. In line with other reviews, we have had to reorder cabinets over and over. There has not been one order correct. Our customers were understanding at first. But this is going on a year. The first order, they said was our fault. After reading these reviews, I went back to look, and it indeed was NOT our fault. It is always something. They change their payment systems, they can't find the ** or better yet, they sent us the latest invoice, we pay it over their new system and its lost? Our customer emailed us for an update yesterday, so I send an email asking for an update. I reference the invoice we were sent to pay in mid September. They send me back an email saying that order was cancelled??? W?T?F?? So I send a copy of the paid invoice, loop in another local contact that is well aware of this ongoing BS w/ JSI and we get an email this morning saying.... that order was on hold (keep in mind, we paid that exact invoice that THEY sent) and it had been cancelled out. Unbelievable! So, then another email asking for the **? Can they not see what we paid for? Can they not figure out what the heck the money was for? APPAULING! Another email came through saying they see our payment and once WE submit another **, they will get it transferred over to the "new order" and get them processed for shipping. We have redone this ** so many times I have lost count. It has been so bad that our customer no longer believes it is JSI and have threatened to take us to small claims. I can't blame them, it's been almost a year. This company has not only hurt our business, but they have cost us over triple of what we charge our customers. Not to mention that the prices went up for the same cabinets we have been trying to get for almost a year. I have to wonder, is it their plan to keep messing up orders long enough to get more $$ for them?

      This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. First off, if you go through a kitchen company, they do not consider you a customer. Its interesting how they can take your money and then claim they cant give you information on your order. I ordered cabinets on 5/23/22. I was told they are 2-3 weeks out. Well June comes and goes and no cabinets. Then we were told 7/15. Guess what? They dont show up for another 2 weeks. Did I receive my whole order? Absolutely not! My pantry cabinets were on the manifest but not on the truck. I received an upper cabinet for my island AND damaged cabinet doors. There are shelves and draws that are damaged but the thought of waiting another 2 months outweighs the damage. So you would think the pantry cabinets would come within a couple of days if they were on the manifest. Well, its 9/3 and Im home because I was supposed to get them TODAY! Guess what? They arent here. In July I was told with a laugh we would never make someone wait for a kitchen for 2 months!. They will not take your calls and Ive read emails from their employees that basically say they just dont care. The thing that totally infuriates me is there is not even an apology. No credit, no apology, just basically we have your money and we really just dont care. PLEASE do not use this company. The quality of the cabinets

      Blatantly bad customer service. For instance, I simply wanted to know the name and number of a local dealer here in the Nashville are and it took over one month and between 12 and 15 emails back and forth back and forth simply to get this very, very simple piece of information. When I was assembling and installing my lower cabinets, there was clearly an error with my 30-inch-wide cabinet consisting of three large drawers. The drawer face of the top drawer was too big and when I mounted it using the pre-drilled holes, it hung below the top of the drawer below it meaning that I could neither close the top drawer nor open the middle drawer. When I called, emailed, called, and emailed customer support they were completely unresponsive. They promised to return calls but didn't. They told me that I had probably put the cabinet together upside down which is ridiculous because when a cabinet has a toe kick, putting it together upside down is pretty much impossible.But they disavowed any responsibility for this manufacturing error and gave me not assistance or advice on how to fix it.

      My Experience in ****** is that 4 months and my customer is still waiting. I have called everyone trying to get to anyone t b at cares. Instead they close my account instead of getting our customer taken care of. No return calls no help
