I went to Midas with the original complaint of a bearing needing to be replaced they told me and my aunt separately the bearings are perfect and no its the brakes the pads rotors then after that was done they told me I needed rear brakes and the calipers were frozen too then after that was do e after having my car for 2 days they then told me I in face did need a front bearingBusiness response

customer came in with brakes grinding.someone followed her for safety.her service request was she needed brakes we were unable to test drive fist because vehicle was unsafe to drive.we pulled all 4 wheels and found rear brakes were ground down badly.we showed customer the condition of her brakes in rear which were totally ground down.we gave customer an estimate for rear pads,rotors and calipers.we repaired vehicle and I test drove vehicle and found brake issue was corrected but there was a slight hm in the front wheels.when I returned to shop I advised customer she had a noisy frt wheel bearing.her response was that that is what she came in for.I corrected her that was not the case.her brakes were badly ground down (just to refresh her memory).I believe she was trying to get two jobs done for the price of one.I refreshed her memory that she saw her badly worn brakes.also a humming wheel bearing would be found on a test drive which we were unable to do because of the condition of her brakes.
