      Extreme Disappointment. I placed an order with a request for expedited handling. ****** assured me the order would be shipped that day or the following business day. I waited 5 days for shipping confirmation, but none. I then called to ask for what's up, and remind him of promise. He then said it was company policy to ship within 3-5 business days, but that he would check. He again assured me that it would be shipped with 2-day delivery. No shipping or reply that day. Next day, same story with a promise of update that day -- none. The third day I called again to check status. He then gave me a USP tracking #, which upon checking showed delivery a week away from shipping date, long after the date I needed item. When I voiced my displeasure with the service (no swear words), he hung up on me.In sum, false information given only to deny it later, and failure to respond to customer as promised. All done without any apparent remorse.

      I ordered several things from Extreme Kartz in preparation for rebuilding a golf cart. There was no problem at all with the billing or getting the shipping information to me. When the parts did start arriving I was short one box which contained two tires that were needed for the build. After trying to make contact with *** I was left with no answers. I emailed Extreme Kartz back with a simple question of can you help? Almost immediately I got a return email from ********************* (president) trying to help. Over the next couple of days ***** exchanged emails (which I was always included on) about getting me my tires. This morning I got an email from ***** letting me know that they were going to go ahead and ship me two more tires. They will try to find the missing ones on their time not make me wait for *** to figure out where they misplaced them. All that being said the parts I did receive were on time and came in great shape. The simple customer service after the sale for me is what got me. They could have easily said *** lost them you deal with them or just order two more and then get *** to deal with the lost shipment. Thanks again *****! I will be ordering more from them in the future! Buy with confidence!

When we see an opportunity where we can help out on a problem that certainly was not your fault, we are happy to get involved.The sale does not end when the product ships, the sale ends when you receive it and you are satisfied with your purchase.In this case we were able to convince the Vendor that *** losing half your order was not your fault and that you should not be penalized into having to wait for a resolution.Glad it worked out.Thanks again.-*****

      Great experience! ********************* took good care of me! I ordered the wrong part, and he walked me through the process to get the right part ordered. He sent to me the correct part in a few days! He was very responsive to my emails, he was very helpful in explaining the part I needed, and he got me what I needed quickly. My golf cart has never been faster! Thank you *****!

      Ordered club umbrella for my golf cart. I tried to get the 5 percent off on my initial order, but I couldn't get it to work. I placed the order anyway, but contacted customer service. They were ************************ helpful and were able to apply the discout.Received my order timely.

      I have dealt with Extreme Kartz before and they always strive to meet your expectations and their customer service is outstanding!! As things cant always be perfect, they try to make things right for the customer. Many people these days don't take the time or effort to get to know the customer but ********************** does.       If I could give Extremekartz.com negative 5 stars, I would give them that rating. Buyer Beware! Base on my experience, and my personal opinion of that experience, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EXTREMEKARTZ.COM. We purchased new seats for a golf cart. Their website clearly stated a 4 to 6 week waiting period to receive the item. After charging our credit card, and after no action on making and shipping the items to us, we called to check on the status of our order. We were told the waiting period was now 6 to 8 weeks. Two weeks later, we called for an update and was told not to expect the seats to be shipped until 12 weeks have passed. They said the manufacturer, located in South Carolina, is having trouble getting the materials to build the seat. I was also told the 12 weeks is not a guaranteed delivery date, it was just their best optimistic guess. They said he could easily be longer. At this point we requested immediate cancellation and a refund. We spoke with the owner, *******, and *******. They all promised a prompt refund. A prompt refund did not happen. Excuses, false promises, and a total lack of action to issue the refund is what they gave us. We finally had to call the bank to file a dispute with this merchant. The bank said to give them seven days to process the refund. The bank said if the refund does not post in seven days, the bank will process the dispute and take the funds back from the merchant and put a full credit on our card. Today is day six. I called the merchant today and spoke to ******* and let her know they have one more day to issue the refund before the bank does it for them. ******* said the credit will post within 24 hour and they will definitely cancel the order. This has been a nightmare, unpleasant, time consuming, and a miserable experience. Save yourself the trouble and frustration, buy from another company.

      The custom seat was ordered June 9th. We follow the direction that is given to us by the manufacturer. Unfortunately The vendor is having trouble securing raw materials to build ************* seats. This is an issue that has hit all of our seat vendors over the last 30 days.We have offered numerous times to refund the seats but it was his daughter who ordered them and she is telling us to wait. I am happy to refund any order at anytime if the customer does not want to wait. There is nothing we can do except update our customers as product availability varies.We have answered or returned every call ********** has made to us. I feel bad ********** has had a terrible experience, we are doing our best to get the order shipped.

      I ordered a seat cover for a ************ golf cart. It was the incorrect color that did not match the chart on the ************************ web site. The company says it offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Something that played into me purchasing there product. However, the company is giving me the run around to return the product it sent. In addition, the cover does not fit the bottom seat properly. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase. When something is advertised as sold as is, I wont purchase it. As you get older you learn not to deal with such companies, as there integrity is subject to quality issues.
