This company sent my mother (who is in her 70s) to Lowes to buy the stain to do the job even though I was already paying for the stain as part of the cost to do my floors. They were rude, left my house a disgusting, dusty mess that I paid to have cleaned because as a full time teacher and single mother, there is no way I could do all of that myself. They left their trash (old boards and trash bags) on my deck. I had to ask multiple times for them to come take away their trash before they actually did, and then when they showed up to remove it the my were rude to me. The baseboards in my house will now need to be repainted because they clearly didnt bother to tape before they stained. They now will not answer my messages about the stain my mother purchased or my ruined baseboards. Very poor business practices. I would not recommend them at all.

Was referred to this business by a friend in town. The estimate given was quick and reasonable. Hired and given a start date. 2 now shows even when I contacted ***** and confirmed the night before. The men behaved as though non english speaking when later they did when it came time for me to write a check. The workers took the rug that had been removed when the job estimator made it clear It was my responsibility to dispose. I wanted to keep it as it was in good shape. I contacted owner ***** again to get this returned. The floors that were installed were not vacuumed well so that there are many areas of sawdust areas and bubbles. Some areas missed the coatings. Workers spilled the shellac on my other hardwoods and did poor job wiping leaving two areas ruined! Workers stole drinks, paper towels, buckets and who know what else from my garage.Left all their work related trash, huge bag of wood shavings and their trash. Had to get help to move the bag into my trash. Banged up many walls and woodwork where it wasn't necessary to do it (not close quarters). Hated the entire experience. NEVER have them in your home!***** creepy too!"
