We paid *********************************** for driving school for me son. Once my son graduated and received is certificate, *********************************** refuses to upload my sons hours to the ***, refuses to take our repeated phone calls, and attempts to intimidate us with his police badge.Initial Complaint

Originally I reached out to ******************** on May 3 in regards to some adult driving ******s he was clear on the fact that I needed to get my drivers license to be able to get to work in view of the fact that I am moving to the Cape we had a verbal agreement that I pay it would pay $700 for a 12 ****** package. On June 23 I contacted him again to set up a ****** and told him that I had the full payment the following Monday at 6 PM was the first ****** and the exchange of $700 he had told me that he would give receipt but did not take my email so therefore there is no way to prove the exchange but the text messages below will prove that he had received the $700. After that it was a uphill battle from trying to get the password to book more ******s and trying to get the ******s . I made appointments for ******s and he would just ghost me and tell me when I called him out and said I wanted my money back he would always make up some excuse. Finally on what would have been the third ****** he just didnt show up and I just told him that Im seeking ******s some where else and I need the money back I payed for 12 consecutive ******s . He then proceeded to tell me new drivers dont drive in the rain but the first ****** when the $700 was being given it was raining non stopCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Against the school of wheels ******************************************************** Ph. ************. I paid ******************** $700 in full for 12 ****** package he was not able to deliver on my request I had two ******s and I would like my money back for the remaining ******s that I shouldve had and paid for as I expressed to him many time I need my license to get to work . He and I agreed that he would drop the money off to me about a month ago now and has since not replied to me and Ive had no choice but to file a complaintInitial Complaint

8/25/2021 - billed and paid in full for driving lessons Unable to book driving lessons after paying the **** in full 10/28/2021 - formally requested a refund. Was told refunds weren't given verbally on the phone 1/20/2022 - researched policies on the business's website and found out refunds ARE given. Sent correspondence requesting a refund and was told by the business that they would honor my refund request 2/19/2022 - asked for a status of the refund since it was supposed to have been given within 30 days 2/22/2022 - asked for another update on my promised refund for services not rendered 3/16/2022 - asked for another update on my promised refund for services not rendered 3/25/2022 - asked for another update on my promised refund for services not rendered 4/13/2022 - asked for another update on my promised refund for services not renderedCustomer response

Way back in August, I paid almost $800+ to School of Wheels for driving ******s for my son. ******* the owner of the driving school promis** to complete all of my sons ******s in August/September before the school start**. It was a promise that was never kept and no apologies made either. We are now in January and my son still have 4 outstanding ******s. We were trying to sch**ule make up ******s just before the **** holidays. One day in December, My son had to skip school to take a sch**ul** ****** and the driver never show** up. The driving school(*******) then call** to tell my son that the car designat** for his ****** that day had an accident the previous day. What a hot mess that was! We then try to sign-up for ******s during the school vacation we could not find any on the website. The business does not even have any known parents ** sch**ul** yet even though it's includ** in the package. At this point, I am very disappoint** in the business. I have zero trust in the owner and the driving school. Unfortunately, methinks this business is a sham and a scam with zero customer service. At this point I would like a full refund. How can we allow a business like this to operate in MA!Customer response

I did heard back from the Business but there is no resolution yet. I asked for a refund but I never heard back from the Business thereafter.Business response
