"I would love to give more stars but when you take a loyal employee who has not only given 100% at all times, but also changed time off multiple times to put the companies needs first and then you hire a new manager of the department who not only does NOT know how to manage a team, but doesn't care enough to get to know their work style or anything personal about them and then fires them from the company for no good reason then the company is not heading in the right direction.
