I bought a truck from Done Deal Motors in April of this year. Within the first two weeks the water pipe let go, (I payed $80 for a tow there) they fixed it. At this time they registered it and did the sticker themselves. When I got it back I brought it right in to my mechanic, who found an issue, Done Deal said they werent doing anything about it. Now less than 2 months later the truck I spent almost 20 grand on is sitting at my mechanic (********* ********* **) because they never submitted the extended warranty we bought. This is ridiculous, Im out so much money because these people arent honest or do the right thing. I want this fixed or I want my money back, there have been nothing but problems w it, Im so worried about our safety now, I have two little ones. The truck is going into gear by itself, its so dangerousBusiness response

We have been in touch with the customer and we will reimburse them for the repairs that has been done to the vehicle after this case is closed.Customer response

I did not accept this because Ive spoken to them, they already said they were mailing check, which they didnt. I dont trust them & in the meantime I have to now get a new tire because of how that one is plugged, this was seen by my mechanic.I dont trust them at all. They sold me a lemon, its been nothing but issues

Hello ****,
Per phone conversation with **** we came to understanding that Done Deal Motors will reimburse you with $1,340 check and that will be the end of the issue. Check has been issued on 7/5/2022 and has been mailed to you on the 7/06/2022. If this is not enough for you, we will put the stop payment on this check today and we can go different direction. Please let us know a.s.a.p
I tried calling you myself on 7/7/022 at 8:53am and left a voice massage.
Stop payment on the check will be done by 7/8/22 if we don't hear from you that this is the end of this issues.
