      I have a new Macbook Pro and can't use my Izotope products on it because it's asking for my serial number, which it won't take for some reason, and my iLok key, which I don't recall ever getting, so I'm locked out and Izotope doesn't have customer service, which I wish I had known before purchasing. Help me get my account authorized on my new laptop.

      They sold me a ************* 8 as a electronic plugin for my DAW, they failed to tell customers that the plugin doesn't work with my DAW. They don't offer a refund for digital downloads. Now my project is stalled and I'm out of $70, with a completely useless download

      I submitted written requests for tech support to the iZotope website on November 15 and 17 of 2023. The business has not provided the requested tech support. I tried to follow up on the written requests via telephone, but the businesss telephone number is always busy.

      October 2nd 2023, I needed to purchase RX 10 Elements plugin in order to use it when I edit vocals. Therefore I went on Izotope.com website, saw what I wanted and purchased it with my credit card via Paypal. Izotope website transferred me to an online shop called Native Instruments where I sealed the payment (order #*******) . I then received confirmation's emails, and later on the details to download the plugins, which I did. I was able to download it on the 3rd of October 2023, the next day, but the installation always failed despite following all the steps. I immediately tried troubleshooting the problem by contacting the product company (Izotope), the owners of the product, thinking it was a technical issue. Problem now is that Izotope company doesn't have a chat feature and their phone numbers ******************-234-1200) which I called 3x ALWAYS say that they're in a meeting and voicemail is full, so can't even leave a message. So on October 4th and 5th I sent them 2 tickets as they call it to the support team to get some help, received a reception invoice email for both messages, but still no response. So not to waste time, October 5th I decided to call the online shop who sold me the product (Native Instruments, located on6725 *****************************************************************************, phone **********) as well since I have 14 days prior to be refunded, but a voicemail ALWAYS says that they're busy and to call back later. To them as well, I sent 2 tickets notes to the support team. Their site says cannot refund if product downloaded, but the problem is the only way one knows if a plugin works or not is by downloading it. How do customers get protected? They could sell fake/plugins or software and decide not to refund it. All they should is to sell functional products. I have proof of products failing to install & email exchanges on my computer .I'd like to be refunded. I have until October 16th to be refunded and I ask for your help please.Thank you.****

      IZotope support is non-responsive to my request to release iLok licenses for purchased exponential audio products after the failure of my laptop.
