We got a loan of $4000 from Time payment Corp for a white toner printer in November of 2023. When we received the printer we realized it was not the equipment we needed for our business. I called time payment Corp to return the printer and was told we could not return it and that we were stuck in the contract with no way out. I was also informed that the loan amount had more than doubled without explanation. Our payments then went up over one hundred dollars a month also without explanation. Because of the unexpected increase we fell behind on one payment and was told we had to pay $1400 to bring it current or they would repossess the equipment and we would still be responsible for paying the entire remaining balance of the loan. We receive bills with no loan balance, no original loan amount, no interest rate, no early payoff amount. I can't log in to their website to check any information about my account because the account number on the paper correspondence I receive doesn't match any accounts in their system. This company is a predatory scam and should have their business license revoked.

My problem is that one company gave another company my information & that company is trying to collect. I know this because of "15USC 1681" that is not fair or legal. The account is not mine, I asked them to validate the *********** could not. I am not liable for this debt with TImePayment Corp. they did provide me with original contract i requested. 02/26/24: TimePayment charged Loss Damage Fee:$94.11 Property Tax Fee:$23.37 They charged these fees for insurance on the equipment. They were provided proof of COI showing the equipment was insured. They were given a copy of the check showing when the payment was made for the insurance and given the number to the insurance agent to verify everything. They still insist on charging a fee even though they have proof of coverage.

I have not been refunded the $94.11 fee as you are suggesting. Every manager I have spoken with has told me that I will not be refunded the $94.11 L&D fee. The current bill due for 03/20/24 show a fee of $94.11. Unless you are now going to refund the $94.11 in April since I filed a complaint I havent seen any refund.

One year ago, I made what I believed to be a prudent investment by entering into a leasing agreement for equipment. However, what initially appeared to be a straightforward transaction has spiraled into a distressing ordeal. Unfortunately, at the time of signing the lease, I failed to fully grasp the extent of its terms, which have since revealed themselves to be unduly burdensome.Upon closer examination, I discover that the terms of the lease would result in tripling the equipment's original cost, a fact that was not adequately communicated or understood at the outset. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the total amount demanded by the leasing company under the agreement is an exorbitant $16,777.95 for equipment valued at only $5,000. I have already paid $4,336.68 over the past year and the outstanding balance remains alarmingly high. I also found discrepancies between the amounts debited from my account and the agreed-upon payment terms. I was blindsided by the imposition of significant additional fees exceeding $80 each month, which were never disclosed or discussed prior to signing the lease.Feeling misled and aggrieved, I contacted the leasing company today to seek clarification and resolution. They informed me that the payoff amount remained a staggering $14,000, despite my substantial payments and the discrepancies I had uncovered.I firmly believe that such deceptive practices not only breach trust but also breach the terms of our agreement. It is patently unfair for the leasing company to have subjected me to a predatory contract, exploiting my trust and financial well-being with undisclosed fees and inflated charges.I am compelled to demand liberation from the terms of this flawed and predatory contract. I insist on being released from the agreement, given the company's egregious overcharging and imposition of unanticipated fees.

I am a customer of **********************. My lease is up trying to return my equipment and have gotten absolutely no help or response from them. All I was told was that it is my responsibility to return the equipment and that the "equipment must be returned in good complete condition, except for ordinary wear and tear." The equipment initially came via on palates and was shrink wrapped. As a small business owner I am not able to replicate this and am concerned about the safety of the equipment being shipped back without these resources. I have called multiple times and have left messages without any response to date.

I never received a call from Time Payment. I called them multiple times and was told I would received a call back by the end of the day. That never happened. I still have no idea how to return the equipment, what service to use, how much it will cost, etc. They have to date provided NO instructions or guidance. In addition, their customer service has been rude and unprofessional every time I've spoken with them.

Time Payment Corp (original creditor) sold my account to another company named *********************************.. I paid SCJ in full but the original creditor continues to report a balance of $1552 when there is none. They refuse to talk to me stating that they are no longer the servicer of the account but they still continue to report a balance. I disputed this with Equifax last month. The results were that they changed the balance to reflect a$ 0 dollar balance. This month is its being reported at Equifax as owing $1552 again. Time Payment Corp needs to report that there is no longer a balance owed on this account or delete the account from my report.

Fraudulent fees. Being charged a loss and damage fee when what they have financed for us has not been lost or damaged. ******** a declined credit card fee when there is no such charge by any bank I have ever dealt with. Charging a tax processing fee? Just exactly what is that. Charging tax on a tax. Being charged $2.92 property tax and then being charged a tax on a tax that I am already paying? All of these are bogus fraudulent fees this company is charging.
