      You indeed have a (still) active subscription with **. Hence, the system is trying to charge you. However, our records show that both charge attempts have been declined on your end (you were not charged).

      To make this stop:

      1) you can either login in pdfFiller and cancel the subscription yourself,

      2) if you don't remember your login credentials, please email *********************************** One of our agents will verify you and then cancel the subscription manually.

      Our records show that you've logged in today and canceled the subscription manually, so it is probably safe to say that the part "I do not know why or what for" is settled.

      Since the subscription is already canceled, we are processing the refund now. Our Billing agent will email you to verify couple minor details for speeding up the refund.

      Do you use other emails? Please let us know those.

      We can surely make this stop, but just need to find you. But without the right email and for the last name ***** alone, we have too many potential leads, sorry.

      We have nothing recorded in our system for the Yahoo email provided in this complaint.

      Which, most probably, means that the account was under a different email.

      Please let us know your other emails (work, university/college, etc.) then.

      Refund is no problem at all, however, we need to find you and cancel the subscription first.

      I have received many attempted charges from Airslate on my Venmo account for $144. Fortunately I dont have that amount sitting in my account so it has been declined all times it has attempted but I need it to be disputed before I do have the funds in my Venmo account for it

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      I am requesting a refund and for the amount charged. I had to take time off work to close my account due to fraud.

      Please refund the amount charged and delete any of my personal information from your database.

      I will not be emailing  due to fears of further fraud.

      Dear BBB,

      in the initial complaint the customer specifically mentioned that they asked the bank to close the account / block the card.

      We are ready to provide a refund, but we need new payment details (we have only the older card which is blocked now).

      This is the only reason why we have asked ***** to contact us directly: to get to know new payment details.

      Now the customer is refusing to contact us and demands the refund (repeating again that they already went to their bank to block the card).

      If we send the refund to an older account, it will return back to us due to card being blocked.

      We are more than ready to cooperate but the customer needs to participate in this directly.

      I was charged at 5pm yesterday (March 26) $156.38 charge to my Venmo account from ****************** **** I have never heard of this company. I have also emailed and disputed ALL charges with ***** for allowing this transaction. I cannot find any correspondence with this company regarding a product I may ordered. I have never signed up for any subscriptions via Venmo!
