We have used them in the past and have been very happy but this last visit we received absolutely atrocious, disgusting service. We dropped off our dog for a long weekend of boarding and they were asked to cut our dogs nails. The problems started when we picked her up and she was disgustingly dirty with mud caked into her fur and literal p*** stuck to her ****. Oh and the harness that we dropped her off with couldn't be found by them and they basically told us tough with a replacement. We were also told tough about the condition our poor baby was left in. We were out the money. Ended today with the groomer giving our little baby a good haircut and she told us they never actually cut her nails even though they charged us for it. This is unacceptable for any business but to be told tough about it after that is even worse.

If I could give less stars I would. They're atrocious. I brought my cat in with a slight limp and a bad tooth. We discussed an xray for his leg, and dental surgery. After $1200.00 dental surgery he returned home unable to put ANY weight on the leg he received his IV in. He also never received the xray.I called and was told to wait a few days before calling back as he could just be sore from surgery, so I did.I called AGAIN and they said to bring him back in. ** then took an xray. The sound my cat made after they took him behind the door still haunts me. We picked him up and they said the xray showed nothing. If anything it was a possible sprain. They sent us home with pain meds, another bill for $600.00, and a cat that took well over 6 hours to recover from sedation. He was completely limp. The vets at the new hospital read *Ms xray and found a bone chip in his joint that ** missed. They said its likely the cause of his limp and could require surgery if it moves into the joint.I saw it immediately. How did trained staff miss something so obvious? What else did they miss? His heart murmur which concerns his new vet, and his thyroid which they belive is also a concern. These are things *M could have and should have found while giving a sedated cat an exam worthy of a $1200.00 bill. In the span of 3 weeks I spent over $1800.00 on my cat there. If "*****, The * from the sign" as she agressively introduced herself, rolling 4 staff deep showed anything, it was that she feels entitled to your money after her business hurts your animals. This facility did not give my animal a positive experience, they claimed that because my cat growled he was aggressive. This determination was made without trying ANYTHING but manhandling my cat with large leather gloves. His new vet has had two different doctors work with him, and both have been able to give him exams with no issues outside of grumbling about it.I will never recommend *M again.
