On 10/31/21 I paid one of my dads medical statements on Account #M000604635 which included two co-pays from 6/11/21 totaling $55; one was $45 and the other $10, and on the statement the Account Activity described PATIENT: ***************************************** V00004201974 Balance Forward for a Date of Service of 06/11/2021. I used my own credit card to pay this balance on Signatures website to ensure payment was received promptly. I received an email Payment Confirmation for Account Number ********* and was charged. On 12/21/21, I was asked when a 6/11/21 $45 co-pay would be paid and provided the evidence and asked for confirmation that the issue was resolved. I never received a call back. In January 2022, I was notified by ********************************** (ACA) that $45 was owed to Signature on Account Number ************. I followed-up with Signature on 2/3/22 and 3/11/22 as to why they accepted my credit card and sent me an email confirmation, however, do not acknowledge that the $45 was paid. One Signature representative said she would look into it but never got back to me. *** advised me to send the evidence and that it would be resolved. I sent evidence of the bill showing the $55 balance, the email payment confirmation, and my credit card statement to ACA in February 2022 (after providing it to Signature). Now, in October 2022, I receive a notice from ***************************** that this $45 on Creditor Account #V00004201974 from 6/11/21 has not been paid. Because this is one of my fathers bills, I have spent numerous hours sending the *** to the different entities and speaking to individuals who do not follow-through and assure me everything will be resolved if it has been paid. Now I have to send the *** and have more calls and send the same exact evidence to another entity, why? I would like a response from Signature on where my 10/31/21 payment went and why is this with another collection agency after I've provided the evidence.Customer response

I have a phone number a person Named *********************** had I keep getting calls for him when Ive spoken to several people several call backs about him not having this number anymore keep getting calls and voicemails for him when Ive spoken to staff at ********************* office 7 or 8 times now they said they would stop calling but still have not its annoying me had the phone number ********** for a while and have gotten calls for him from signature healthcare I want my phone number removed from being called about him again I get about 4 calls a month about him even on weekends Im getting calls for him from the office and then other calls sometimes for someone who dont have the phone number anymore
