I made an appointment for my three dogs on 12/23/22. The appointment times were 8am, 8:30am and 9:30am. I was charged a $50 deposit for each dog. Normally, you drop your dog off at the appointment time and they keep the dogs for a few hours then you go back and pick them up. I had completely forgotten about the appointment being that its two days before Christmas and realized at 9:20am that I was late in dropping them off. I called the Red Dog and asked if I could still drop them off. Keep in mind, one of the three dogs weren't even late for their appointment yet and I was told they would not take them. I completely understand this is also a busy time for them and I was late in dropping off the other two. I asked if I could reschedule the appointments and have the deposit put towards those appointments and was told no. To be told they could not take them at all in any point on the day they were scheduled, I could not reschedule and have the deposit credited towards those appointments and they were not refunding the $150 is completely unprofessional.Customer response

Dog Boarding from 07/31/2021 - 08/09/2021 Pet Neglected for over a week Upon picking up my dog from boarding, my pet was handed back to me covered in urine. The urine has been on him for so long it had crusted parts of his coat and lead to matting. The smell was horrendous. Complete mistreatment and neglect of my pet. Unable or unwilling to properly board. Even payed "extra" for personal playtime/belly rubs snuggles which seam unlikely were administered given the condition he was in. The entire stay called multiple times to access his condition, which they never picked up the phone. Were only accessible through email, which they stated he was fine and made no mention to his condition. They are unaware or understaffed to not be able to take care of all the pets in their boarding.Will have to pay for groomers to remove matting. Will have to see veterinarian to ***** if it this has caused any health issues. Negligent/Unprofessional/Unresponsive. Find who is responsible.
