"Read their terms and conditions: when you click agree, you are signed up for their unlimited monthly subscription. I thought I was purchasing what appeared to me to be a single reportContacted them and was able to cancel subscription/account, but they would not refund initial monthly charge, when asked, referring me back to their terms and conditions, as a justification."
