    We stayed at the Bostonian hotel last night 02/03/23. We were there for not even 2 hours after we checked in at 1:30. We went downstairs to get our car from valet at 3pm. They said it would take about 20 mins. Were waiting and realize its been almost an hour weve been waiting for. A few minutes later a valet person comes over to us and informs us one of their men crashed our car into a supposed other car and that our car is undrivable. They refused to get police involved and claimed that ************* doesnt do police reports for accidents, which is the first of many lies they told us. We would repeatedly ask for their insurance information along with the drivers name and his driver license, they refused to comply and give it to us. They also tried to tell us they dont keep any records of employees information like drivers license or anything on any of their employees. Then the next morning they told us they towed the car in the middle of the night without knowing. But then an hour later tells us its actually in the garage. We dont know who or what to believe anymore. All I know is Id like to be completely compensated for my stay and any Uber rides I need to purchase while not being able to drive my car. I also want to be compensated for any bill that relate to the car, including the towing for it to be brought back to ********. To top it all last night our heat nor tv was working either and front desk wasnt doing anything about it. One of the worst nightmares Ive ever had. Ive never had such a bad experience at a hotel before. The hotel was no help at all, and quite nasty with us.

    The hotel had very poor customer service. When we checked in early evening, we tried to take showers before going out in evening. The water was cold - no hot water. We tried to contact the front desk but they didn't answer the phone. We went downstairs to report the problem. They said they contacted the building engineer and water should be hot in 20 minutes. An hour later they called us to say there was NO water in the boilers and it would take 1.5 hours for the water to warm. Consequently we had to hot water. One of us took a cold shower. Then when she tried to dry her hair, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.The next day we went to the restaurant for breakfast. We discovered that the prices were 30% higher on the restaurant menu than on the menu that was in the room. The waiter said that some menus had been changed out in SOME of the rooms, but not others. This was similar to bait and switch.We brought up our satisfaction to the front desk, and the attitude of the receptionist was defensive and he didn't seem to care that having no hot water was a significant issue. He said he has already deducted $25 from our expedia charge. After filing a complaint with Expedia, writing a customer review to the ********************, we have heard NOTHING from the Bostonian. I am filing this complaint with the BBB because of the lack of response from Bostonian about these issues. We think they should have credited our room rate based on not receiving services one would expect at a hotel, such as hot water.Thank you.L. P.******* **
