      So snatander is have supposed planned maintenance but, no one received any type or warning to this maintenance. Also you can't call santander on any number you can't receive or send money or log into your account its basically like they don't exist so my money is in limbo. Also it just so happened to be my wedding and of course we couldn't go to our hotel since we couldn't pay them with our bank card so our honey moon in at home and I'm furious. How is there no number to talk to anyone and it's Sunday so the banks are closed not that it matters since all the branches near me have closed as well. We will be finding a new bank once I find a way to get my money out. I've been with santander over 7 years and I've completely lost Faith in them. If your smart you'll get out too before this ship sinks and ruins your honeymoon as well or worse.

      FRAUDULENT behavior. I have never had an account with **************** I received a 1099 indicating that I was using merchant services. I reached out to them directly to speak with the fraud/ identity theft department and was told "That never happens- if your name is on a document you opened an account." Please please please do not support a business that does not care about identity theft.

      Scam and terrible service. "*******" appears to be the only employee, every time they called me, OR I called them, no matter which department I chose, it was ALWAYS *******, 100% of the time. She is located overseas, and does not understand banking very well. They don't deserve 1 star, but its probably the only way this review will remain. I suspect they are either involved in identity theft, or some other angle, because they required every bit of personal info and copies of bank accounts, etc., which I gave them after they sent a letter saying I was approved. After I sent the information a second time, they said it was declined because they didn't have my information! I received confirmation my documents successfully downloaded every time. Good luck trying to explain this to *******.

      Worst experience ever. Trying to get a lien release and provided all documentation they requested. I was told 72 hour turnaround. It has been almost 4 weeks! I can never get through on the phone line and when I send follow emails I never get responses. Do not recommend business with this bank.

      The worst bank ever the online banking is a joke it will take them 8 days to clear a check, this type Of business shouldnt ******* *** horrible experience Im Thinking they probably cash costumers checks use the money or keep It, I totally hate this bank and will stop Making business with them as soon I get my money back

      This FI is denying people financial services. First they ignore you forever then they ask why youre there. Once you tell them they say nope not today which was a Saturday. They said you need an appointment funny because you can never get ahold of anyone to make one. The manager at the *******, **** location denied services to an elderly lady. He refused to wait on me but took all the minorities that were also his skin color. I think he racially profiles his customers. This bank is sick and I am sick and tired of watching them do this to everyone and nothing be done about it.

      New rules for deposit is really a nuisance.I'm making a deposit for mother but can't because I don't have an account there.I'm putting money in not taking. So now my mother's payments are going to be late.

      Disfuncional banking Organization Simple deposit check turn in to Bank holding funds complaining a fraud, Check was given to me from my son, santander bank withdraw money from my son's bank account the same day and lock my checking account with no explanation, after a call a was directed to go to a branch with my son, statement from his bank, and he wrote a letter telling them why a got a check, was not enough, after 30 days I still waiting to get the funds available. Checking complaints is a normal routine from santander bank to hold peoples money for a long period of time using a poor policy and poor customer service, every time you get to talk to a costumer service they said wait 2 days to review your file.30 days later I still waiting to get the funds. Any other bank if doesn't feel comfortable with any check will be returned to the depositor, ********* is using a poor excuse to hold people money.I hope my creditors understand and they wait till Santander bank fills is ti.e to credit the money to my account.

      I sent the 2018 RAM back because it has been wrecked before I got it from ********************* gave me the wrong Carfax and the warranty is no good no RAM dealership would ***** it because it was wrecked and the frame was bent and airbag sticking out of the corner of the windshield I think it should be off my credit report and I tried getting you guys to help with the assistance of trying to make it ****** with them but no help at all

      I have a mortgage with Santander Bank. After canceling my escrow account, they refunded me the remaining balance of $2421.04, which I promptly deposited into my ******* account. 5 days later - it has been flagged as a bad check.To say I am getting the 'run around' would be a substantial understatement.I spent 6 hours today between Santander **************** (who stated they have to wait 30 days to reissue what could likely become another problem check), Santander Bank location (who educated me about the 3rd party payer involvement with ***************** ***** Bank), and my local ********** branch.I was told - 'well it looks like you have to get someone at Chase to do a check verification and have them help you handle this issue - since they appear to be the initiator of the check'.After going to Chase and providing them with all of the paperwork- no surprise - get told this isn't ours - you need to go back to Santander mortgage to get this handled.WOW is all I can say. It is 2 days out of Christmas and I am beat $2400.Long story short - I want to report this fraudulent activity to a local news station and/or some type of agency that oversees this type of financial madness - as I am surely not the only person this is happening to.If anyone has any ideas on how to do this, I will be happy to listen.
