My daughter went to haute coiffure salon on commonwealth, and I feel like she was scammed. They charged her way more than what their price list said, didnt come close to giving her the color she went in for, had her pay with cash (claiming it would cost an extra $20 to use credit)and didnt give her any form of receipt. I know shes 18, but she is still new to doing these types of things on her own and I feel like they sensed this and took advantage. I have reached out a few times to get a receipt, showing how they came up with their price and to get a refund or get them to fix her hair, but I have not gotten a response. They gave her a totally different color than what she asked for, did not apply the new customer discount that she was promised, lied about there being a $20 fee if she used her credit card, and didnt even give her a receipt. They clearly saw that she was young, and ***** and took advantage of her. Over $400 later and she didnt even get the color she went in for. Ive attached 3 photos of what she asked for and two photos of what she ended up with.Customer response
