I am writing to you to **mplain about ***********************. ** is running an office under the name of Law office of ****Cambece, **************************************************. I dont think Atty. ***** Cambece is even present in this business any longer and maybe ****************** bought the use of his name? I am not sure but he is putting a very, very bad name with this Atty. ** was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. ** stole my sons truck at 2 am for a debt from 2007. The debt was from a Motorcycle that he purchased at 17 yrs. old. My husband and I gave back the Motorcycle freely and the gentleman wrote a letter stating the same (which I still have) fast forward to 2013 when J. Cambece Law Office was going to **urt under that name, that was the letterhead, then the **urt docket said ************* vs ***********************. The **urt docket # is 218CV001456. ** lied to the ****** to have the truck stolen in the middle of the night. ** said it was seized, not stolen but at the time of that **nversation, I did not know he lied to the ******. (CRJ Re**very in *******, **) and said the truck was uninsured. (it was & is fully insured and he had no proof that it wasnt) I talked to a ******************* in 2013 (who worked at the debt **llectors office at the time) and she was not aware of the letter we had and said no need to go to **urt I tried to find the letter saying the motorcycle was sold for $6k after it was given back. (The Motorcycle was $7800.00 brand new in 2007) J. Cambece Law office was looking for $5900.00 with no itemized proof as to why?! Fast forward to 2022-9 years later from 2013!!! 15 years later from the original purchase!! How is this still re-surfacing??!! **(***********************) ordered the tow ** and police to go onto ***** property and had his Truck towed away at 2 am. (A personal property item that had nothing to do with the Motorcycle and was fully paid off) ** said he had the right to do that. I still cannot see how, from a 2007 debt that was allegedly paid for.
