I would rate 0 stars. This company takes you to stores where they get profit and takes advantage of travelers. Hotels we stayed in for more then one night were NOT 4 star. It was comparable to motel 8. The guide company used was horrible. Ended the trip with them rushing us through the airport in Jordan instead of bringing us there 3 hours earlier. The person from the company said we couldnt get our passports stamped till after midnight leaving the country because the company would have to pay money for the visa So we had 20 mins to get to the plane. Boarding began at 12:20. They did anything to save a dollar. Never again will we use this company and I would never recommend. My moms tickets were bought in a way where she couldnt manage them in the app. No option for her to change the seats because seats were bought by a third party. Several in our group was not able to check in on their phones before the flights. Waited 2 hours for the company to send a paper to the guild to enter Jordan. Things should have been done before we arrived. I can list a dozen other things. I would never trust this company again

We are sorry for your tour not meeting your expectations. The hotels used were most definitely 4 star, but in foreign countries 4 star is not what US 4 stars are in comparison. We are not sure why you encountered issues at the border in to ****** as we have not had this occur with any other group. We only wish that a customer would email our customer service when they are having an issue while they are having it so it can be addressed at the time and corrected other than waiting until after the fact when it's too late. We have not received any other complaints for this tour?
