Purchased ********. Events were cancelled March 2020 I have requested refund multiple times. There are still no events locally, but there isnt any use I have for the tickets after over 2 years. Last email they didnt even respond to. They have stolen my money.Review from Krista G

I purchased 4 passes back in Nov 2019. The entire experience was to go out with friends, paint and have fun. Nobody could have known the coronavirus pandemic would have us in quarantine for almost 2 years. Though Yaymaker extended the passes there aren't any local events to go to. I've requested my money to be refunded several times and there is no response. I didn't have any issues in the past but these are special circumstances. I won't use them in the future as they don't take care of their customers. Money should have been refunded a long time ago. How can you force someone to use passes if there are no events to go to. People don't like being taken advantage of and their **************** is a joke because they don't have it.Review from Lori S

My daughter and I purchased Tickets for an event. She bought 2 and I bought 2. The day of the event the people that were supposed to go with us a mother and daughter both tested Positive for covid it was not early enough to cancel. We went to the event and explained to the host of the paint night what had happened, she gave me her number and said she would get in touch with the event coordinator to get us a reschedule code, she said if I didnt hear from her in a week to text her for an update. This was back in January and I tried her several times and even contacted Yaymakers contact email. No one has had the courtesy to get back to me at all. They arent very customer friendly or professional. Im highly disappointed with how they run their business. I wouldnt recommend them at all.Review from NICHOLAS L

Beware the artist cancelled for our event. No phone call, no email and no explanation provided. The company has no phone number (huge red flag!!!), will not respond to email or offer a refund. They are con artists stealing your money!!! I went to the bank to report them and dispute the charge because clearly I'm not the first person that they have ripped off.Review from Shelley M

IF YOU ARE A VENUE.....BEWARE OF THE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY! This company clearly states of their website that they have a no refund policy. That is all fine and dandy. BUT....>When reading that, most people would take that as, if the customer cancels or the venue cancels, ********************** will not refund your money. Am I right? Well, no, it goes beyond that. 2 weeks ago I had an event booked with this company, and they were to come to our pub on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. By Monday, there were 7 tickets purchased by one person. $35 per person. On Wednesday night, that person got an email that the event was canceled by the artist. I was not told about this, but had to hear it the following day by the customer. Anyway, I contacted them and yes, they said the Artist couldn't make it so the event was cancelled. THAT'S IT. The customer and I thought they would obviously refund her money....right? Well, No, They will not. They told her and I that they have a no refund policy, but they will credit her so she can use them another time. Is this total BULL or what? There is NO WAY I'm going to book this company again....so now if this customer wants to use her credits she has to go out of our town, and go to some other area of *********. I find this totally unacceptable and I would NEVER do business this way. What a scam!!Review from Donna K

BEWARE! I purchased tickets to an event for myself and 2 friends prior to the pandemic that was later cancelled due to the pandemic. They are still not refunding my money. And I don't think a virtual event is satisfactory.Review from Stephanie M.

I purchased Yaymaker passes in November 2019 and was not able to use them before covid. I was told that I would be able to use the passes, at the full promotional value, until the end of 2021. There are not nearly as many in person events, and none are convenient to my location. I have attempted to reach out by email several times now and never receive a proper response.I am now trying to use my pass for an event on 12/08/2021, but I am NOT receiving the full promotional value of the pass that I paid for and the Yaymaker Pass code is only taking $10 off each event ticket. I am extremely disheartened by the lack of responses and the lack of support from Yaymaker.I am trying to use my passes before they expire and Yaymaker is not making this possible.Review from Melissa G

I had purchased four tickets in February of 2020 for an event that was taking place April of 2020. Needless to say, the event was cancelled due to the pandemic. And they kept the money to be used at a future time...with rules they normally have in place. So even though we did several virtual events during the pandemic we were not able to use our credit. Two of the four people who were supposed to participate are no longer a couple and the other two moved out of state. I have contacted Yaymaker twice asking for our money back with no response. We were good customers of theirs. We continued to support them during the pandemic. We have been unemployed for over a year now. Had to sell our house. Will the $140 make a big difference right now? Won't keep us out of the streets but it can help with some groceries. Shame on them.Review from Melissa K

I purchased tickets for a virtual yaymaker paint nite event and it never happened. Was signed in and online early and even waited a half hour after start time. No email. No refund. I have emailed customer service 3 times now over the past 2 months and have not received a response whatsoever. I can't say I will use this again. Poor management or customer service.
