On January 27, 2021 we met with a salesman with regards to a vehicle. We put down a $100.00 deposit on the vehicle that the dealership did not have in stock. We paid with a cash. We decided not to move forward with the sale of the vehicle and a text message was sent to the Salesman, which was followed up with several voicemails. I contacted the sales manager on three occasions. I left one voicemail for them requesting the return of the deposit. During the week of May 3rd, I spoke with the Sales Manager again that indicated he was unsure why we still had not received our deposit and "would speak with the girls upstairs" with regards to the delay. I asked him to please call me back with an update and as of today, May 12, 2021, we have still not received the deposit or a return phone call.Business response

According to the salesman he had not remembered and was reminded only recently on 5/02/21. We are a fast paced dealership and unfortunately the customer cancelled via email and then there was a delay. We have rectified the return of their deposit and apologize for any inconvenience that was caused.
