I purchased this car from SHSH AUTO SALES, **** ************************************************ on 02/17/23. It had ****** miles on the odometer. The business Manager *********************, will not honor the 30 day safety warranty. He told me I am responsible for any repairs the car needs after I drive it off. Please note I have a signed copy of the Limited Used Vehicle Warranty that the sales Manager signed. After driving it for a couple hundred miles I noticed a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the car.I took it to a ***** inspection station to have a complete safety inspection done on the car. The inspector failed the car due to a Bad Right Rear Wheel Bearing. Also there was nothing holding down the battery to the engine compartment. The battery was just sitting on a metal plate with out any support and could've fallen into the engine. Also the wheels only had 4 lug nuts holding the wheel on. All the wheels were missing 1 lug nut each. There was several electrical problems but I was able to repair and correct the electrical issues.I'm looking for refund for money I spent for safety issues the car dealership should've covered on a car they sold.

Hey good afternoon I'm calling from **** Auto Sales. Regarding the complaint number ********. This gentleman bought this car on February 17 2023, he took the car to the mechanic to the local shop right here down the street the mechanic check everything and he said everything is fine. I did receive a call from him complaining about the back rear wheel bearing, which I mentioned to him you can bring the car over here anytime and we will take care of it after that. I did not hear from the gentleman maybe he took it to his mechanic and probably took care of it.

So I did offer him to bring it to my shop. So I can fix the wheel bearing for him. Even though that we will be adding to my understanding was fine. But right now. He's mentioning the battery and the lug nuts and couple of stuff which I dont believe was anything going on with those.

From my understanding, I did offer him to fix the wheel barring but since he lived in *****, I assumed he took care of it without letting me know.

Thank you very much I hope I explained, if you have any questions please give us a call ************.

Iam a 19 year old from ************, and Iwas in the process of buying my first car. Iwas brought into Shah Auto Sales to look at a 2010 ******** C300 witj low miles. ***** checking the car, which **** told was in perfect condition, Idecided to buy it. The required deposit was 300$, and **** informed the car needed some small things so Iwaited for it to be fixed. That was January 25, and **** to wait until February 15 to receive the car and pay the remaining 9200$. Long story short, ********************* was extremely rude throughout the waiting period, had me drive up for no reason once, and refused to compensate us for the inconvenience, rather he tried to threaten and intimidate me on the phone. When I finally received the car, it was filthy inside and out, and the gas tank was empty. I then took it to my mechanic, and within 2 minutes he found the car had underbody rot (which the dealer assured me it did not) and the rear left control arm was detached. It also did not have airbags, and needed all new brakes and rotors, which I told him and he assured me it did not. He sold me a defective car, and I have picture evidence of this as well. My mechanic labeled it a death trap. Iam running out of text, but essentially the dealer refused to refund me the full ****, and when my aunt asked him why I couldn't get the full amount, he became very aggressive and cussed her out. He told her she didn't know the law, to which she replied that she was a retired state trooper. He then said that he F***'s the state police up the a**, along with several other choice remarks.

Everything that he just stated was an outright lie. I do not even know what it means to pull a car. I received 9200$ and but paid 9500$ for the car. He even refused to supply a tow truck to get the car back up to the dealership. He intentionally sold me a defective car that was rotted out underneath. When I specifically asked him at the dealership if the car had any underbody rust, and he assured me that it did not and that it was kept in a garage. This was a blatant lie, and it became clear as soon as the car was jp on a lift to see the underbody. ************ is not just being deceitful, he is downright lying.
