on friday July 8th 2022 I paid 542.52 for a headstone for my Brother **** ********* The Order was cancelled on Monday july 11 because the cemetary would not allow the monument to be place there. ******** Young agreed to refund the payment but has not done so. She claimed that she did not know how to refund the credit card and would send a money order. No refund was ever recievedBusiness response

This is my second complaint against this business. My family has paid in full for a headstone for my grandmother. There was a vase that was ordered with the headstone. The headstone came in but the vase did not. We were not told that originally and we were under the impression that the vase and the headstone came together. The headstone was delivered in late 2021, and we have yet to have the vase delivered. The vase is at the business location (the owner confirmed this to me by phone) but the owner has not delivered it. I have called several times to see when it will be delivered and can never get a complete answer. She keeps telling me as soon as we can get to it. She even expected me to affix the vase to the headstone. I told her that it's not my responsibility to affix the vase because that was what we paid her to do and I had no experience securing a vase to a headstone. I've called at least three times to see when that vase will be delivered. She keeps telling us she'll deliver it and doesn't deliver it. This projected was originally started in April of 2021 and still isn't done.Business response
