      Budget was hired to move and set a single wide mobile home in July 2023. After several delays, the home was finally moved but is still sitting on the axles and has not been set and leveled. Budget still has the blocks the home was originally on. This has held up all progress to being able to reside in the home.

      In July of 2023, no home was moved for a customer by this name according to our records.  If they can provide an address or a copy of the contract, we may be able to respond to this complaint.  But at this time, we will need more information.

      I responded the day the previous email was sent. 

      Communication with Budget began in July. After multiple delays, the mobile home was not actually moved until 8/25/23. It was moved from General Payton Blvd. in Shreveport to Windy Pines in Keachi. It is still sitting on axles blocking most of the driveway into the property.

      This company told me they would move my mobile home. They asked for all of the money up front, then they would not answer any of my calls or texts. He finally did move the mobile home (a week after they said it would be moved) but left it on the axles, then after a couple of weeks (and the company not answering any calls) he finally came back and put the house on blocks, but he did not tie the house down. So now I have a mobile home just sitting on blocks with nothing to hold it down (It's been a month now and they will not answer the phone). I'm not sure how this company is still in business. This is the worst service I have ever received. I cannot believe that a business will not answer the phone or finish a job they have been paid to do. They take your money and then don't want to do the work.

      This home has been moved and set. Due to all of the bad weather in the recent weeks, we have been unable to get the home anchored. That is all that is left. The customer is aware that as soon as it dries up enough to get our vehicles back on her property the home will be anchored. We have done everything we have said we would do.

      I paid in advance for this company to move a Mobile home from Keithville to my residence Nov 4 2021 signed a contract that they would be the ones moving it in a couple weeks after a lot of no return calls later they finally delivered on Dec 19,2021 but not setup as of Jan 29,2022 they have nor returned to finish setting up the trailer. I have called left messages with no return call. What are my options to get this resolved?

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/16) */ The owner of ***** ***** Mobile Home Park asked me if I could look at a house that he thought could not be moved. Helping him & Ms. ******, I agreed to try and move it. I was misled from the beginning. Ms. ****** did not do her part in getting the home ready. I had to take care of that. I welded a tongue on the house, I did everything that we should do for a customer. Budget Movers actually spent three days at Bella Vista trying to get the home ready to move. There was debris all around the home that had to be cleaned up. As well as all the utilities were still connected. There appeared to be doubt in her mind that Budget Movers could actually move the home. Therefore, she did not do everything that was requested before movement. Move day comes, I take the house 50 miles to Mansfield, LA. Get down there and the house was 16 ft wide & 100 ft long and her driveway is 10 ft wide and 1/2 mile long. Could not get the house on her property. Told her what needed to be done in order to get the house down her driveway. So the home was parked on an oilfield location with the approval of the landowner. At this point, Budget Movers has done their money's worth. But I go back to Mansfield on a different date, get the home off of location and the things I told her to do on the driveway were not done. Just the opposite of what I had said. The powerline people just cut a right of way. I spent two hours backing it down her driveway. We get to the location, the pad she has built, the house will be six feet high in the back in order to be level. All of this we are doing at no charge. I have already been down to her location twice, once for payment and once for free. Budget Movers cannot continue to fix her problems with the location for free.
