I had Mark Johnson to do some work for me. (Run a new drain line for my washer and sink in the kitchen). The technician gave me one price for the job. Everyday there was something different that needed to be done and more money. I don't let anyone start a job for me until we get an understanding. They came in and busted up my floor on the patio concrete dust went all over my house. I sell flowers and decorate, my flowers and decorations are still full of dust, the carpet is full of concrete mix and water bottles on the floor everything they used or moved is where they left it on the inside. My white carpet was left filthy on the outside I had just had it cleaned off (backyard) they dug trenches to lay the pipe for new drain. There are trenches still in my yard. I got stuck in one of the trenches coming out of the yard and had to pay someone to pull me out. They left a pile of roots and concrete in the yard. There is a puddle of water that stands in the backyard with an odor that I got close to and got stuck and slipped and almost fell. I sunk in one of the trenches. The technician was always in a hurry and half did the job. Everyday it had to have something else and that meant more money. They don't give you a contact or anything in writing. I call for the owner and was not allowed to speak with him. The son which is the manager told me someone would be here three weeks ago nobody has been here yet. I had to pay someone to help me with the dust in the house and I still haven't finished. I do believe that the technician tore up my washer. It was working before he moved it by himself. It was not a professional job at all. It looks like a jack leg did the work. This was a $11,00.00 job, but before it got started it was $9,075.00 I want Mr. Mark Johnson to contact me not his son.
