I had an X-ray performed on 7/26/2021 at Richardson Medical Center in Rayville, LA. The hospital asked us to pay the full amount of the over $1400 bill at the time of service. But because I have insurance, we paid $200. My insurance covered the visit 100% and the hospital has admitted that they owe me $200. I have called numerous times about my reimbursement. I am always told that it is sitting on the managers desk and they don't know when reimbursements are done, but it's not often. I have been calling since October in attempt to have my $200 sent back to me. I am requesting assistance from the BBB to help re-coop this money that the hospital is holding hostage even though they've been paid 100% from my insurance.Business response
