      I purchased the "2020 ******************* in Style" $3,998 and the "Single Room Supplement" $1,219 for my wife Crisanna's 50th birthday. Due to Covid the trip was canceled. It was rescheduled for 2021 and then canceled again due to poor garden conditions per the travel company. We received a credit/refund of $1,000. It was rescheduled again to 2022. At which time my wife was unable to go due to conflict. The tour operators ************** said they would try to sell her spot and provide a refund post tour in May 22'. They sold her spot to a person going into a double and told us we would receive a refund for the the amount less the single supplement of $1,219. The trip has been over for 30 days. They only randomly return emails - last one 2 weeks ago. They have only once in 3 years answered their phone. They said last email they were in ******** and would respond on Friday June 10th. I have emailed and left messages and called multiple times with no response. ****** last email prior to the one about returning from ******** had said they would refund $2,588 which is less than we paid minus the $1,000 credit. He indicated he could not refund the "single supplement" as my wife's trip had been sold to a person who would share accommodations. Even still there is an additional $410 that I asked him to account for and that is when the last email said "we will look into it when we get back from ********. No refund to date. No return phone call. No email explanation. Just ignore and silence. Very poor service for a company with such good reviews everywhere online and membership with BBB advertised on their website. A refund of the total amount left not credited of $4,219 is preferred.

      Thank you for the reply.

      Attachment A: We added ************************ to our **** pay system and issued check ***** on 6/24. The system states it will be delivered on or before 6/29 via USPS

      Attachment B: Quote from *******/Whitney ****** that check will be mailed 4 days prior to the "due by" date as shown on Attachment D

      Attachment C: remaining disputed $410 refunded back to **************************** credit card

      Attachment D: confirmation of check ***** that processed on 6/24 and mailed by the bank 4 days prior to 6/29 ("deliver by" date)

      I did get another email from ************************ today that indicates he may not have received his check yet but it is due any day now. I will update him on the above.
