      The absolute worse!!! I requested for my due date to be changed 4 times and not once has been completed. I'm getting charged late fees and now being told I have to pay the late fees before my due date can be changed because I requested the change when my account was more than 10 days past due. How is that possible when my first request was made before my actual due date!!!! Yall are ******* trash and try so hard to make it seem as if the customer is at fault for your **** poor having *** employees who don't verify email addresses or follow up with changes but y'all will call to remind someone their payment is due but can't complete a simple request properly. I will be refinancing with a different company that actually has employees that can pass a **** kindergarten reading test. If you see I've called multiple times for the same thing, try actually finding out what went wrong the first time instead of saying "oh when you can pay the late fees so we can change the due date?" I wouldn't have late fees if my date was changed the first **** time I called. Calls are recorded, go check your tapes and fix my ****, sorry *****. If I could give 0 stars I would, one star is one too many. Messing up my **** credit because y'all can't get right!!!!

      Crescent bank takes advantage if single moms with autistic children. Over charge and takes all payments of 629 a month the first year and puts all ti interest so you end up upside down in your car. . I never agreed to pay nothing but interest the first year and asked for them toi show where i agreed and signed and they di not have it. So i paid over 6000 to them nothing on car and they will be coming to get it. My sin has doctor appointments as well as i and not going to be able ti make them. Di not ever use them. If town car kia tries ti push yoh in them walk away

      I called numerous times to try to get payment extensions on my account due to having a injury at work I was only since January. The customer service representatives are nasty and told me I couldnt. I asked for the payment date to be changed also was told no. Now Im behind a month and a half because I was putting what i could on it while out of work. So I wasnt behind as much as I wouldve been not having any income at all. I went back to work just last week with every intentions to pay my balance completely off and without warning go outside to no car. I just think its very unfortunate that they send you letters asking you to communicate and when you do they are absolutely rude and dont help at all. Im back at square one. Can not work without my vehicle!

      In January 2017 my previous car was damaged in a car accident and decided to go to a local company for a replacement car. I ended up getting a loan through Crescent with a hefty down payment. My car payment was very low and that was fine by me. Fast-foward to October 2021, I go ahead and pay my car off (was late only once) and they never once told me it'll take an additional 30 days to receive my title. I called several times to get my title and was informed my title was on the way and my title was suppose to arrive at the end of the month. Now November/December comes, mail carriers are swamped with packages so my letter is sent back because they have a RETURN TO SENDER IF NOT DELIVERED IN 5 DAYS. I called them in the middle of December only to be told it hadn't arrive back to them and to call back in two weeks. I understand mail carriers being swamped so I called back closer to January, guess what... NO TITLE. I called back again every week until I finally gave up and still they MAGICALLY DON'T HAVE MY TITLE. They sent me a copy of the letter that was sent to me. My response is I WANT THE ORIGINAL ONE PLEASE. Now here it is the end of MARCH AND STILL THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TITLE. I am beyond ****** at this moment. I shouldn't have to pay my state anything when I've paid you all my hard earned money and paid it off early. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN GO BACK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THAT PARTICULAR REASON. All I wanted was my title. It's not to much to ask.

      This bank is sooooo shady. At first I had my doubts and but was able to get a monthly pmt of 298 in 2016. Then was threatened a repossession of only having my car for 2 weeks because I was still under my parents policy. I didn't even make the first payment. Got the insurance and things were so so. Lost my job due to the pandemic and when I asked for an extension I was told to use the unemployment money that I never got. Even after telling them that I never received unemployment after applying for it, I was asked what can I pay today. Really! I was already contemplating giving them the car back. Now I'm coming to the end of my loan and all of a sudden they claim to not have received my payment after it was deducted from my bank account and marked my credit with a 31 days past due. WTF. When I called them there representative was rude and refused to answer my questions. I asked for a supervisor and the customer service rep HUNG UP. SERIOUSLY. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I don't care if it is a necessary means to save the world I will never apply or ask for anything from them; it will never happen. At this point, I'm ready to tell then to come get their **** car. Waiting to see how this plays out.

      This finance company is the worst company to do business with. I finance a car 2014 @ 18% interested rate, had to, my credit was shaky @ the time. 12/2019, I made the decision to only have liability insurance on the car, as the balance on the vehicle was about $7000 @ the time and I couldn't justify paying car note @ $346 & insurance @ $275 for full coverage.1/2020, the car was totaled, I called ***************************** them that the car was towed & completely totaled, so i want to make an offer & close the account. He explained the process would be 1. the car would have to be auctioned and the amount applied to my account, and then the balance would be determine then. The customer service continued to call me, so I made 1/2020 & 2/2020 within the 30days. I finally spoke with someone @ the end 2/2020, that closed the account to eliminate the customer service calls, mid july or august, i called & was told the balance was more then the original $7980. I argued that with the ************** told me the account will eventually go to the collection company, @ which point, I could negotiate with them. The account was finally assigned to a collection agency 1/2021 and the gentelman was hard selling me to give more than I owed or can afford, finally 3rd quarter, he accepted an amount, I could afford. I sent the payment, but crescent wasn't done taking advantage of me.. crescent credit reporting went back to ************** and showed late payments prior to the settlement, it showed CHARGE OFF. This negative 15 late payments has impacted my credit reporting negatively, had the agent 2/2020 told me continue paying and/or all the payment were coming back, as late payment later, I would have excerise another option. I have contacted crescent several times regarding my concern, with no compassion to my issues. This company prays on people that have so much to lose by this type of negative impact.       Literally worst bank ever. How are you a bank that provides auto loans yet you dont provide a lien release after a vehicle is paid off? Was told you need to pay 50$ to get a new title at the *** and hope it comes the first time lien free?? How in any world does that make sense. Spoke to a supervisor and they agreed with the rude employee. I just dont see any feasible reason why you cant provide me with a lien release while trying to sell a car? Absolute joke of a bank will NEVER recommend to anyone or use again period. Please save yourself the hassle and never use crescent bank ever it isnt worth the headache.

      Crescent Bank & Trust is a terrible Financial Institution when it comes to auto loans. They missed reporting payments made information to the credit bureaus on multiple occasions, including recently when I refinanced my loan through a local credit union and paid off my loan to them and previously they were 3+ months behind in reporting any payments made to them on the loan. I was eventually transferred to their credit reporting department and informed that they were backlogged on their reporting. They have now been telling me that they are unable to transfer me to that department because they do not take phone calls. They are argumentative and unhelpful. They lack customer service and threaten to hang up on you when you aren't even yelling or cussing them out. If you are 1 day past the payment due date, but still within the 10 day ************ they allow they will harras you with phone calls and text messages about when you will be paying. They do NOT email. Even after making an early payment, they will send you multiple documents telling you that still owe for the month. I would not wish them on my worst enemy as an auto loan holder. (I had to give 1 star to be able to post my review)

      IF I COULD RANK THIS COMPANY -10 STARS I WOULD. THEY REPOSSESED MY CAR ON JULY 4TH!!!!!!!!!!!! ON A SATURDAY!!! I COULDN'T EVEN FIND OUT WHERE MY CAR WAS AT BECAUSE THEIR OFFICES DONT OPEN UNTIL MONDAY!!!! WHAT A SOULESS, SC * M BAG THING TO DO!!! IVE NEVER BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH BEHIND MY PAYMENTS BUT NOW THAT MY 2014 NISSAN SENTRA IS GETTING READY TO BE PAID OFF IN OCTOBER THEY ALL OF A SUDDEN TOW IN ON THE 4TH OF JULY WHEN MY FAMILY IS ABOUT TO GO ON VACATION???? My family has been through alot during this whole covid ordeal and i explained to them i was only late this month because me myself was just recovering from covid last month but I would be caught up NEXT WEEK. WOWWW. DONT EVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY, TAKE THE CITY BUS!! WHAT A SCUUUUUUUUUUUM BAG COMPANY ON THE 4TH OF JULY WOW.
