    I have reached out to CivicSource multiple times via email and phone regarding the refunds for two properties that were either redeemed or did not proceed to auction after thorough research. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a clear timeline for when these refunds will be processed, which has left me feeling quite frustrated and uncertain about the situation.For the property located at ****************************, I made a deposit of $850.00 on February 3, 2025, to initiate the research process. On May 2, 2025, I was notified that this property would not be going to auction, and I promptly requested a refund at that time. In the case of the property at ******************, I was the highest bidder at the online auction, having paid $27,111.00 on February 14, 2025. However, this property was subsequently redeemed, and I was informed that a refund would be credited to my account by the end of May. It has now been over 148 days since that assurance, and I have yet to see any progress.The responses I receive from CivicSource have been unsatisfactory, as they merely state that the accounting department is working on processing refunds without providing any specific timeline for completion. As an investor, I believe it is essential for CivicSource to uphold ethical standards by offering a clear and accurate timeline for refunds, especially since investors are required to place deposits before any research can be conducted. Transparency in this process would greatly enhance trust and satisfaction among investors.

    I placed a $850 deposit August 2nd, 2024 on a property in ******************************* addressed ***************************************************************************. I recieved a call from civic source on March 25th 2025 to inform me that the original owner had came back an redeemed his property.2 Civic source representatives, both by the name ****** told me I was to receive my deposit back ($850) in 90 days from when the owner came back and redeem their property. They never answer the phone and when they do all they can tell me is accounting is working on it and are behind. This has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with for auction support. I want my deposit back like I was promised. It has been 93 days an once again they dont answer calls.

    In 2024 i gave civic sourse an ****** deposit to bid on tax/ auction property. They told me i would recieve a full refund of my deposit if i a.did not win the bid or b.decided against after review,whitch I did. They also said they had up to three months to refund . This has not ocvured with no reason why pleaae help

    Bought property in Feb 7 2025 and had been months asking for a recorded copy and submission to the courts to obtain title for property I purchased and I have yet to receive anything from civic source. I have contacting the county in which I purchased the property and nothing had been submitted on my behalf

    Keep calling and emailing trying to see why the status of my refund for $850 still pending no answer customer service dont know all they could do is ask they account department which never get back with a answer on why its still pending are when i will be refunded Was issue a refund on January 8, 2024 today is May 9, 2025 customer service says it takes 90 days and its past that and i still have no refund and still havent been contacted by the account department are anyone about this matter. Civic source is a scam they have no problem taking the money right away but you have to go through all this to get it back

    I took part in an auction which ended on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. I later received the confirmation paper work on more than a month later on Monday, March 24, 2025. Since then, I've had to cut the high grass, to be a good citizen of the city, to avoid any backlash or risk illegal dumping on the property. I was originally advised by the closing department of documents from each auction being delivered to the city for processing once a month. As of today, Wednesday, April 30, 2025, the sale has not been delivered for signature and recording with the city. I've attempted multiple times to address such issue with a Ms. ****** ********. I've asked for supervisors and sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls. No assistance, same "I'll send her an email, I'll place a note for her supervisor, I'll be sure to add your comments to the email to her." I have work to be done on the site and contractors on standby, not for long, pending simple actions to be taken on this property.

    I placed a deposit to initiate a property tax sale auction on Feb 4, 2025, The auction was held on April 2, 2025. I was not the winning bidder. I received an email on April 4, 2025 stating my deposit refund is being processed. I then received another email on April 9, 2025 that my deposit refund has been initiated and will be deposited into my bank ************* is April 21, 2025 and still no refund. This company does not do a good job of explaining their policy. I called and spoke with a nice representative, but there was nothing he could do.

    CivicSource emailed on Jan 10 Saying they were going to return deposit Deposit was left October October 10 Auction ended on January 5 Its now February 15 I have not heard back from them. They keep dodging my calls. They will not reply to emails and I still have not gotten back my deposit. These guys are crooks.Deposit was for $850.

    Placed a deposit of $850 on a propane did not win the auction. My deposit was supposed to be refunded into my account but I have not received anything.

    I tried reaching out calling and letting the company know that I put the wrong card on file and it put me in the negative. I need my refund

    **** **** placed a deposit on a property for $850.00 and never called us to report any problems.  From this complaint, I had our operations team look into it and we just refunded the $850.00 back to Ajah's account, which should show up next week.
