      Ordered 2 shirts on October 6, 2024. Never received an update. I called the number on their social media page and did not get an answer. I also sent them a message on social media and they did not respond.

      I ordered a shirt from this online vendor Jetlife on 4/15/24 in the amount of $59.41. I never received any shipping information, nor a response to any email communications. I also paid for two day shipping, and the item still has not come. I would like a refund asap.

      I had purchased 3 shirts from this business. 2 were delivered, and the 3rd one was out of stock, so I was issued store credit for that one which is fine. However 1 of the shirts I received was the wrong style/ and color, so I contacted The business informing them they had sent me the wrong item. They sent a return label to return it, and I shipped the shirt back to them. I had received a call from a woman (Who I assume was the manager or supervisor) stating that they were going to combine the amount of the shirt in the form of credit with the other store credit I received for the 1st shirt that was out of stock. (I should have 2 combined store credits since 2/3 shirts were out of stock and unavailable). *** tried to call the business multiple times at different times and different days and am not able to get a hold of anyone who can help me out. I DMd them on their instagram page and got a response saying to provide them with the order # (Which I did) and have been completely ignored after I explained my situation to them through the messages. *** tried multiple times to get into contact with them with no luck and ** very disappointed with the way they conduct their business. They technically stole my money since I havent been issued a refund or my store credit, and would appreciate if you guys could help me out with the situation!

      I placed an order on December 22, 2023. I got an email confirmation of my order and would be contacted when it shipped. I have ordered from this company multiple times and receive my items usually within a week to a week and a half. It has been over three weeks now and I have not heard from anyone. I have attempted to contact the company via email multiple times but I get no response. I even attempted to chat with them on the website but no one ever comes to the chat.

      I spent $188 on a track suit that was paper thin, and the sewing job was poor. There were different size legs openings, and the logo looked sloppy. On the shop app, as ******* it spoke about refunds within the first 30 days. I send the outfit back, they tell me no refunds. They offered me another track suit (smirk) or store credit, but I havent heard back since.

      I purchased and NFT from this company for $500 and I never received it. Also Ive reached out to the company several times one of which I was led to the assumption that I may just need to wait a bit longer now over a year since my actual order and Im still owed $500 for a product I never received Ive reached out o the company through the website and via social media and still no response since September of 2021 please help
