      I had Mr. ****** come out to check a leaky outside faucet.They were quick to come out and check out the problem. They found a small crack in a pipe inside the wall. They came inside and were quick to cut a hole in the sheet rock to find the problem. They did give me a quote of 843.71 to make the repairs. When I looked over the ‘estimate’i assumed the part was $568.29 and the labor charge was 275.00 as stated on the estimate. It took less than 1 hour to complete the job,which included leaving the hole in my wall and not securing the spigot to the brick wall .I spoke with several general contractors and had them look over the invoice. I was told i was taken advantage of because the price of the parts were less than $25. The following day an employee called to check to see if I was satisfied with the work. I did explain that I thought that the price was very high for what they had done. She told me that she would have the owner call me back. Which he did not. After several more calls and a week had passed, Mr ****** called me back. I asked him to explain his billing. Mr ****** looked over invoice and said apparently I had 2 problems, one being the leaking pipe and the charge was 586.29 (parts and labor) and the other was to fix another leak. I did not have 2 leaks and explained this to him. He became very agitated and started cussing me out. I let him scream and holler at me until he finally told me he would mail me a complete refund and never wanted me to ever call his company again and that I could shove my complaint up my a.. and hung up on me. After waiting 5 days to receive my refund which has not arrived I called back his office and was told by Ms Delores that she didn’t know anything about a refund and she would talk to Mr ****** and return a call back to me. Still have not gotten a call back and now they are not taking my calls at all.

      Miss ***** is incorrect with her information. I called her immediately upon request, and I even issued her a 15% refund which she failed to mention to you. We also spoke over the phone on this time, and I explain to her why the cost was what it was. When we got off the phone or before, we got off the phone, she was satisfied to the best of my knowledge. A few days later, I started seeing all kinds of bad reviews all over social media and that’s when I decided to call her again. I tried to explain to her the cost of the repairs, but she kept on and kept on and kept on wanting more money and more money and more money. I told her if I keep on giving money, I would be out of business and the cost is what it was.  I was being very nice about the situation and she still just kept wanting more money. I did not tell her to shove it up her ***. But I did tell her she can find another plumber from now on and not to call us. And then I hung up the phone with her.

      I have attached two photos here. One is a copy of the check stub proving that I have reimbursed Miss ***** a 10% discount and another of the activity feed. In the activity feed you can see in the highlighted timestamp that we have over two hours invested in this job. Miss ***** has accused me of lying over this, she is incorrect. Also, Miss ***** accuses me of not calling her back, but as you can see in the check stub, the date correlates with the timestamps, proving that I called her immediately the very next day. Miss ***** accuses me of lying about this as well.  Before any work we started at Miss *****’s house. We gave her options and explain to her what would have to be done and exactly how much it would cost to do the job. She was very aware of how much the job was going to be before any work was started.  Miss ***** asked us to proceed with the repairs. It was not until her neighbor who “knows all about Plumbing” told her that we took advantage of her, and now this is why we are going through this dispute. I have not done Miss ***** no wrong. I have called her back immediately after she requested a phone call to me and I have reimbursed her a 10% discount. But she has harassed my company and harassed my office staff multiple times, continuously, calling us nonstop, and now disputing steel. She has went on all kinds of other platforms, and written all kind of bad reviews about us. All of these are false accusations. I do not believe I am wrong in this dispute. I have always been a fair and honest plumber. the rest of my reviews will speak for itself.

      I am rejecting this response because:Mr.****** is incorrect about how much time was spent on job and the cost. I added up the time off when I approved estimate and when Michael said the job was finished. In his reply he stated the time started (according to his own time stamp was 84 minutes, which is 1 hour and 24 minutes so not 2 hours. Also if you look at the time stamp form  at 9;45 Mr ****** updated the total was $568.29 . Either Mr ****** are the other helper with him pointed at the iPad screen and he told the other worker ‘oh just leave it” and then the price suddenly went up to $843.71. When Michael eventually called me back, after having to make several calls asking him to call me back, I asked him to breakdown the invoice. He told me that they had recently gotten a new program for invoicing.He proceeded to tell me that it lumps the parts and labor all together. Then I asked him what the $275 labor charge , he said that was for repairing the second leak. I did not have 2 leaks. At this point he was screaming at me telling me that it is expensive to run a business these days and that he was down to only running 2 trucks instead of the 4 he normally did. He also stated that he would send me a complete refund . After not receiving my money back is when I tried calling the business and they would not answer my calls. I think that he definitely overcharged me. He is the one that stated the parts were $100 and I feel that $275 labor is a little high for the 84 minutes they were at my house.,but would agree to a refund of $384.34. Which is me originally paying $843.71 minus the 10% he returned he advertises that he gives a 10% discount to senior citizens, which is $759.34 So if I subtract the labor which was quoted at $275 plus the $100 he said was the cost of the parts my total should have been $375 and not the $759.34 I was charged. All I am asking is to be treated fairly .

      Called Mike's Plumbing hot water problem, small leak around shower head - Result disapointed same problem all I have is cold water, no hot. What they said was replaced was not.

      She called us out for a toilet issue and a tub shower issue. Her issue with the tub shower faucet was that it was really loose in the wall and the shower head was leaking. I quoted her 2 options. One was to secure the existing faucet and repair the leak, (which she complained about the price so we then gave her a discount then she still complained yet again so we gave her a second discount), and the other was a new faucet with a new shower head. She never told us about a hot water problem. She went with the option to repair the shower heat and secure the faucet in the wall. After we fixed what we both agreed upon, she then tells us about a problem with her hot water. So we tried to fix it right there on the spot at no extra charge, but it was unsuccessful. We determined she needed a new cartage or a new faucet. We tried to locate a new cartage but only found them to be discontinued. We called her back and tried to explain to her what we found and that the only choice would be a new faucet. She didn't want to pay for a new faucet and expected us to pay for it. And so now here we are with this dispute.
