Never go to any delta world tire! They're customer service is horrible and the compensation is a rip off!

I went to Delta Tire World Waveland and had a break job $305 4 days ago. Went back because the ride was "rough" thought I needed a balance and rotation. Breaks worked well.Yesterday August 2 was in the store almost 2 hrs. No work done. Told they were trying to find the "noise" I complained about. I never complained about "noise" it was a " rough" ride. Then I was given a report of several repairs that ***** be the problem totalling almost $1800. I WAS PATIENT AND WAITED 2 HRS NO WORK DONE AND A POSSIBLE $1800 OF WORK THEY WANTED TO DO.I started to ask questions the only thing that needed to he done was an axle repair. They ordered the part.August 3rd I went in the manager Tre was rude. Only responded when questioned. The tech Mr. **** was the only courteous and professional staff. This job cost $423. The assistant manager ***** would not acknowledge me after our talk on Aug. 2nd.when I question the long wait and possible $1800 of "things I needed done"I started to arrange the replacement motor mounts job the manager was rude. I requested a discount that was on the internet ( and I got on the brake job and was offered on any repair job and the manager *** refused I cancelled that job.I spent over $700 and was going to do the motor mount replacement at almost $700 that would have been over $1400 in 6 days but they refused the discount offered up to just $25.When someone comes in with a possible balance and rotation after paying over $700 for work and you are told you need almost $1800 of work instead--- ANYONE WITH ANY INTELLIGENCE WOULD ASK QUESTIONS AND BE A LITTLE UPSET. MR. **** THE **** WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE ONLY STAFF THAT ANSWERED QUESTIONS COURTEOUSLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.The rudeness after I spent $700 and almost spent over another $700 was unprofessional and unwarranted. I can spend my money and time at a professional and courteous trained staff at another GOOD company.I will NEVER GO TO ANY DELTA WORLD TIRE STORE AGAIN.*************************

I would totally recommend the location on ********** ***********, **. They did'nt have the tires I needed in stock, so they allowed me to buy online then have them mount and balance. Great work with a short wait time.

Would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE for ANYTHING.! My husband and I broke down in Pascagoula Mississippi and were towed to Delta World Tires. The entire situation was shotty to start with. The tow driver didn't drop our vehicle in the repair bay. We were sitting with our vehicle in the lot to the right of the shop waiting. My husband had jacked up our vehicle during that wait to see how bad the damage was. As my husband was checking the damage Glenn(Delta World Tire employee) had walked out to our vehicle and looked at my husband and looked at the vehicle, wrote something down then walked off. After another hour of waiting I walked in the shop and asked how much longer they thought the repair would take (because tropical storm Clawdette was moving in) I was then informed by the heavy set guy with very short white hair and a very bad attitude that they had no way of moving my vehicle into the repair bay and that he was not going to put his employees out in the rain. It took My husband and I five hours to fix our vehicle in their lot in heavy rain and wind from Tropical storm Clawdette. Not once we're we offered any help. A couple mechanics even stepped out of the repair bay to take a look at us sitting in rain in the puddles fixing our vehicle. We are disabled, and not from Pascagoula Mississippi. It was only after we had this bad experience was I told by others in Pascagoula to NEVER go to Delta World Tires because they treated customers poorly and over charged them. Had we have been told these things prior Delta World Tires would never have been on our list.
