Product advertised on the website is the "LeafGuard" spelled one word with both the *** and "G" capitalized. Their website says this product is available upon request. Upon meeting with their sales representative, I requested LeafGuards, and they sold me"Leafguards," with a lowercase G. This was not the branded product I requested but instead is a wired mesh that affixes to the top of the gutters. The LeafGuard product, which is advertised on their website is a system, where they installed typical gutters with a poorly installed mesh. LAS's website, on June 28, 2022 discusses an integrated hood system and spelled leaf guard as "LeafGuard" the same way as the company "LeafGuard". In phone calls with "****" and "****'s Supervisor" that "Mrs. ******* patched us through to, denied that they have ever sold or made a hood system. -The order was placed on 3/7/22 -The installation occurred in late may / early June, where we noticed that the gutters were incorrect, and their work order was incorrect, and they installed the mesh system at a later date in June. - We paid a total of ****, financed, with a deposit of 389 - On June 28 we called *****, or salesman twice, and no answer. My husband called ****, **** was unable to resolve and said they never sold the system, and I called back and was on hold for 30 minutes. Mrs. ****** put me through to ****'s supervisor where my resolution was, after explaining the situation above, to "take this s*** off my house and I'm not paying for it."
