      On January 6th, 2024, I purchased a Real Estate 101 in person course through Donaldson that was set to begin on February 5th. The course was $545.00. Just hours before the class was set to begin on Feb. 5th, I was called and told that they were unable to find an instructor for the course. They told me I could join an online course, or wait until next month when they might have a teacher, which I was uninterested in. I called and asked for a refund on Feb. 6th and was told that I would get one. A few days later I called to ask for an email confirmation on the refund but was told that was an issue for accounting and that they could not help me. Ive been calling multiple times a week and am told all recent refunds have been on hold and that we are unable to get in touch with accounting. I have asked for a phone number for accounting, or another manager, but each time Im told there is not one It is now over 3 weeks after I asked for my refund and I still have not gotten any confirmation that the refund process has even begun.

      September 2022 I purchased a continuing education packet from Donaldson Educational Services for Life and Health, as I have done for 25 years. The packet that I received was an online class and contained Property and Casualty CE. I am not P&C licensed. I immediately called Donaldson, I was told I would get a refund to be able to purchase the correct Life and Health CE packet. I never received a refund. I called at least 4 times and was told over and over that they emailed accounting with the request and no one has answered. This went on until October. On June 26th 2023 I called again, once again I was told that accounting would be emailed. The girl asked that I give a couple of days. I gave 4 days. I called this morning June 29th, and once again I was told that accounting is not responding.I want my refund. If I have to file a small claim lawsuit I will. I do not want to go that route, it is unnecessary, and can easily be resolved with giving me a refund.

      I purchased the 30 day package on May 2nd. I inquired about there not being any videos to watch as advertised on May 4th. I was told that I have to complete 75% of the class then there would be videos. I then did not log back in or do any of the work since may 4th. I inquired about a refund or partial refund due to me not being able to learn that way and that is not what they advertised. I was told no but the could allow me to purchase another 30 days for $40.00. Had I known that this school was so outdated with their material, I would not have signed up for it. They do no communicate well and did not offer any solution.

      I enrolled in the online Principles of ************************************ v3.0 course with Donaldson on 11/27/22. When I began the course, I was able to understand the material and completed a good bit of my course. On 2/22/23 I reached out to Donaldson for assistance because I really needed help and was stuck at a certain part. Long story short. I still havent had help up to this day. I even asked to purchase a book for the class and was told there werent any. I have email proof that I repeatedly reached out to staff and received an email from ***** Donaldson himself on, 3/17/2023. Nothing has been done about my concern and need and at this point I am not comfortable with completing this course. I asked for a refund and was told by the front office that they havent received a response yet. I personally went to the ******** location to speak with ********************************* and was told he wasnt available; they would have him call me. No call yet! Also, I wasnt assigned an instructor.I was very interested and excited to take this course and I am very disappointed in the way I have been ignored after reaching out several times and paying my money for this course.Donaldson says, This is where DONALDSON and our legendary **************** Representatives will make the process quick and easy, take care of the details, and make sure you get a license efficiently and comfortably. No matter how long it has been since you have been in the classroom, you can be assured DONALDSON Courses will be lively, fun, informative and most important of all right on target to make sure you achieve your goal A Home Inspector License!Thank you for choosing **********************. We're here to help you every step of the way!NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE IN MY CASE! ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD

      I attempted to purchase an in person class for ********* independent adjuster. I purchase the ***************************** class by mistake. When I reach out to Donaldson to see if the had an in person class for ********* independent adjuster. they attempted to sing me up for an online course (at a lower value and no refund). I'm not looking for an online course. I'm looking for an in person course. I have reached out to the numerous time to see if I can get a refund to no avail. I feel this business is up to very shady practices.
