This business installed windows at my home a few years ago. I noticed 1 window was cloudy and reported it to them a year ago. Angie Hollier keeps giving me the runaround, saying they don't warrant any of the products they sell and would be up to manufacture to send a window. Scam business operation, Don't buy anything from these crooks.Review from Sandra V

16 windows replaced at a cost of Nearly $28,000. The windows are Beautiful but the caulking is sloppy. Tried several times to reach them With no response. Rapid turnover In personnel and no quality control Supervisor on hand makes it im- Possible to be a satisfied customer. I need help. My bill has been paid In full and they do not return my Calls. Had Holliers replace my windows and siding on front my home. They gave good advise to us for future projects. The workers where friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Mrs. Angie Hollier stayed during entire project and supervised and was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Hollier's Home Improvement.

Holliers Home Improvement is probably the worst business I have ever dealt with. They have no idea as to what is going on with their business from their sales reps, material delivery, scheduling, etc… I ordered 26 windows and was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery and it took 7 months. One of the windows was damaged upon shipment and it is now going on 5 months for the glass to be replaced and still not in yet. Angie is rudest person I have ever dealt with and does not even try to work with her customers. All she is concerned about is collecting her money and does not care about her customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish there was a selection for zero stars because they don’t even rate one star.
