Recently I worked in the *********** area and stayed in this Comfort Inn Hotel and during my stay my headphones came up missing from my room. I informed manager and she stated she would look into it and she never resolved and neither kept me updated with any info regarding my headphones. My stay was from 10/5/2021 to 11/15/2021 and as of this date of filing this complaint no one has contacted me about my headphones taken from my room. I have given them plenty of time to reach out to me regarding my headphones and no one has. Ive contacted the company corporate office regarding this issue and they informed me the hotel was independently owned and nothing they would be able to do. Someone entered my hotel room by without my permission and took something that belongs to me and just like know how that happened and how can I get reimbursed for my stolen property during my stay. Also I was not happy with the way I was treated when I informed management of the issue. Im extremely not satisfied with my stay at this hotel.Customer response
