I ordered this 05/05/2022 got a conformation on the 9th I still have no received anything. Yet FEDEX said it was delivered on Sunday Night the 29th. I have tried numerous times to contact with Better Bedder all I get is auto email. The package started in RENO NV and went everywhere including Utah - Nebraska -Minnesota -Illinois -Mississippi then to Tennessee where it was delivered at the gated driveway..I don't have a gated driveway. Fed ex said that Better Bedder had to file a complaint.. Better Bedder will not do anything. I want a full refund But I get no response from anyone Its funny that it was shipped from Reno Nevada when their home office is Mandeville LA..They are a joke.

This company is not honest with customers. They need to let customers know that they do not have the product. They charge your credit card and do not have the product available. Who pays for the interest charged on your card. I should not have to pay for a product not received.Review from Gail R

Thought I was Really lucky to have found it on Clearance for $35 at Walmart !!! But was disappointed when Trying to put it on, hurts my fingers pulling and tugging, come morning its off the bed , Really disappointed, giving it to goodwill

Thought it worked well. Great concept but all my fitted sheet shift and comes off during the night. Every morning I have to pull the sheets and tuck them again. Also when making my bed, I don't get a the smooth sheets I had when it was tucked in the old fashioned way.Review from Gordon S

I thought this would be great but does not hold sheets in place as I thought it would. I do believe some of the problem is with the elastic on the long side of the bed, if they had more of the elastic come out further on that side I think it would hold the sides of the sheet alot better, back side seems to hold fine but not sides. Needs a tighter grip on sides. Sure wish it held sides as I do think it could be a great thing.Review from Michelle G

Terrible. I have a standard king. I even measured it to he sure. My fitted sheet always popped off the top corners of my bed. My husband saw this on Shark Tank and recommended I try it. Well, it took a very long time to ship and arrive, entirely too long. I was anxiously awaiting this supposedly great product. I put it on my bed, as instructed. Now not only does my fitted sheet pop off but so does my mattress pad and pillow top! I have to remake my bed constantly. I would not recommend this to anyone.Review from Debbie L

I bought this product several months ago. I put in on my bed as instructed. The tops and bottoms of my sheets stayed on mostly, although I still had to tuck them in a bit. The sides of my sheets did not stay on at all. Every day I had to pull the sheets and tuck them in. I am very sorry I bought this product. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. I wasn't going to try it until I read that it works on adjustable beds. Once I read that, I was excited to try it with my new Tempur-pedic mattress. I am a disabled senior. Making a bed is a real challenge. Unfortunately, it continues to be one. The Better Bedder I bought ( twin extra-long) measured exactly and fit my bed precisely. This is NOT a sizing problem. Maybe if you only raise the head of the bed for an hour before going to sleep this works. I spend most of the day in bed. I do not turn from side to side at all. Basically, I sleep very "neatly". This will not keep the bottom sheet on the bed. I rather struggle with making a bed once a day than every few hours. I simply don't have that much energy. Buyer beware.
