Took my 2013 Ford Edge in for service had to be towed due to break issues. The had the car over a week. Finally ready went to pick it up. Had it back a few days but had only driven it for less than 20 miles. Breaks were bad all the way to the floor. Returned it to Firestone they had it an additional 2.5 days. Said couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Had to argue and have a tech drive with me where I could show the breaks were all the way to the floor still. Firestone agreed to fix it once again. They had the car another 3 days. Picked up the car at closing. The breaks were great I *** called them to thank them. Once I got the car home I’d walked to the passenger side where I noticed a huge dent and damage that wasn’t there prior. Drove back to Firestone the following morning. The manager was not in. The tech came out saw the damage and agreed the damage was not there when I dropped it off. Went back the next day filed a claim. The claims adjuster called on 09/06/23 where I submitted photos and was told the claim would be resolved in 3 days. I’ve emailed the adjuster with no response. The manager says he can’t help. This is not ok. The damage that was caused it quite extensive. I have a claim number if needed. This is now 8 days later. I’ve left messages with the adjuster with no response. I’ve emailed with no response.
