I requested supplies because Im going on vacation and will run out of filters and nasal pillows before I get back. I was told it was to early I would have to wait a month. I told ************ would be gone for 2 months and that I would run out of supplies and would have to stop using my CPAP. ***** said that would be up to me. Who wants to deal with this , no common sense !!!!Review from Bob B

Duramed has shipped a wrong item, only to not accept a return on one instance. Another shipment include items I did not order that they keep billing me for. I spoke to a manager, returned the item and still receive invoices to pay. I emailed them regarding this twice without receiving a response any them! Communication has been horrible. Occasions where no one in CPAP supplies **** would answer the phone.Review from Wayne M

I purchased a handicap lift for my business 2 years ago. On Dec 11, 2022 the lift quit working and I contacted the Duramed tech (*****) and he came out to fix the problem. 7 or 8 visits, a $250 charge and 6 months later the lift is still broken. I contacted Duramed directly, asked for someone competent to do the repair and they said that ***** was the only person who could repair the machine that THEY sold to me.There is no customers service with Duramed! Every time I called I was put on hold for extremely long wait times then passed from one clueless person to another and no manager ever returned my calls. The lift is still broken and I am having to have another company fix the lift. Do yourself a favor and find another company other than Duramed!Review from sharon c.

DuraMed is the DME(durable medical supplier) Peoples Health offers us. They are the worst to deal with from ordering to receiving my needed supplies to be able to talk. I would gladly use another company if available but Peoples Health does not accept claims for any other supplier.
