Company requires 1/2 of the money up front. Once they get your money, DELAY, DELAY, DELAY and you do not get communication as to why. Instead you get to chase this company down and FINALLY after leaving voice mails, talking to **** learn that is angry that you would bother him when his wife is actually the owner, and ******* ******* wife) will tell you that you don't know anything about a fence. They will let you know that yes, you can cancel, but they will not give you a full refund because they have 'ordered' the fence product and you have to pay for it. After this, you get the lazy, red-neck, ugly fence version with justifications when you question it. They refuse to work with you and only let you know that if you want it fixed right, you have to sign another contract and wait until they can schedule it in. If you don't pay right away, you get an angry voice mail in the middle of the night from the seemingly drunk version of **** screaming that he is going to take the fence down and you'll have lost everything. There needs to be the option of minus star for a review for this poor excuse of a company.

***************************** is seeking revenge for not wanting to pay his **** and rip off the company - you know one of those people who want to renegotiate the price after the work is completed and they had signed a contract - so our attorney sent him a letter giving him 10 days to pay - 1 month after the job was completed - and if he did not pay in accordance with the contract he signed a suit would be filed which will result in the removal of the fence and he would still have to pay the balance and also pay for all attorney fees which is standard in any contract if someone refuses to pay - well needless to say he paid the balance and is now on this revenge trip - but our true customers know better!
