    NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE CALLS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! Horrible company for customer service including owner. He has no skills in this department. He doesn't take care of his customers who have spent over 20K on AC and Heating units. He is a right fighter. A few years back I call and the tech broke a part trying to take off the fan motor. He didn't have the part HE broke. I was 4 days without AC in July AND I got charged for another service call and the part the tech broke. The company called me to ask what I thought of their service and I gave them feedback on how I was disappointed that I had to pay for a part they broke and another service call and without AC for 4 days, hoping it would help. Just recently I had to call them again for a service call and the owner just ARGUED with me, interrupted me, and was simply rude. I tried to explain the tech was to be there at 2-3 and never show until 5 and I paid for emergency service instead of waiting. He wanted to charge $800-900 for $25 part. My son fixed it the next day (because the hardware store had closed by the time the tech got there) getting the part at a local hardware store for $35. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and owner is simply a very rude person.

    A response to Ms. ******* accusations. Last Sunday Ms. ******* called the office for EMERGENCY SERVICE Sunday evening. we gave her a price for the service charge. this covers diagnosing what is wrong with the system. the customer agreed on the service fee to come out. we arrived and found that the breaker in the main electrical panel was burnt. We then proceeded to give a price to do the repair. The customer declined the repair and said they would do it themselves. They complained about the cost given for repair (on a Sunday evening) We explained what needed to be done and the customer bought the breaker and fixed it themselves. The next day she called to complain about the service fee. Said that the tech did nothing while there, but yet admits they bought the breaker themselves after we told them what was wrong. Then Ms. ******* said if i don't give her, her money back she was going to slander my name on the BBB and ******* I declined because we diagnosed the problem were paid for diagnosing the system. The customer declined the repair, nothing else we could do. Then Ms. ******* held to her word to slander my company and convinced her son to write a bad review on my company as well. He said i was rude to him but yet have never spoke to him ever. After listening to Ms. ******* yelling on the phone that we tried to s**** her because the breaker only cost $30.00. and her son can fix it. Then the threats of slandering my business. i simply told her Ms. ******* YOU BE YOU. the facts will be in the response people can read the response and make a decision for themselves. her other claim in 2019 that we broke a parts and made her pay for it is also bogus. her fan motor failed out of warranty for labor but in warranty for parts. The blade would not come off the motor and we told her she would have to replace the blade as well and factory warranty would not cover the blade. She agreed to have work done. it was done and 3 years later is complaining she had to pay for the blade. I will say good luck to the next company she calls. Neither case did we do anything wrong. We gave prices before doing any work and the customer had the opportunity to accept or refuse service. Service fees are required to arrive at you home to diagnosis your system not working.
