I purchased a 2019 Kia optima from Eddie Tourelle’s on 8/3/23 in this time I’ve had the oil changed on this vehicle 3 times. Once before I purchased it. 16 days after I purchased this vehicle oil light comes on again. On the 18th I took the vehicle back to the dealership the technician informed me that the vehicle had no oil on it! He also stated that if I had this same issue again to bring it back to the dealership because, the oil was just changed prior to me getting the car & it’s an issue with the motor. Today is 9/15/23 I went back to the dealership and the vehicle has no oil in it! After no resolution at the dealership from the sales manager that sold me the car or the technician manager I spoke with Kia they informed me that if the oil has been changed 3 times since the date I purchased the vehicle which was a month ago I need a new engine which would call 10,600.
