This location is becoming terrible. The past 3 times have been bad. 1 of the times I ordered ahead online (well in advanced) and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started in it. The next time we ordered from Door Dash, the burrito was ice cold & was inedible - Door Dash refunded us. Tonight I ordered our food at 6:50PM online. It said the order would be ready at 7:12PM. I got to the restaurant at 7:13PM and finally got someone to check if my order was ready. She looked and then looked at the tickets & once again they hadn’t even started on it. I waited some more & noticed all of the orders were people in line. Myself & another person waiting asked for the manager but was told “he was going to be a minute”. I finally asked the girl who said she was starting on my order what was going on and the manager came up and I explained I was still waiting for my order (7:27PM). They found the ticket in a pile to the side and STILL hadn’t started making my order. I posted in a business group for our parish and there are about 15 other people who have had the same experience as me. Once again, my husbands burrito was cold and the shrimp looked like they were cooked in dirty oil. I want a refund for my order and I really think there needs to be some intense training at this store because everyone is all over the place and no one knows what’s going on.
