      I had the worse experience with this company this year. I went in on 03-2022 too pay a 6 month policy and was not suppose to return until 09-28-22 too renew my policy. This week I got a call saying that my policy was canceled due too non payment. I have reached out to EVERYONE for help and been getting the run arounds about the situation so it can be cleared because I have receipts for a 6 month policy and now have DMV fees because of whatever mess up the agent did without notifying me

      Terrible at customer service level store was great but when you dial the number for a specific office and person you get transferred to a CS section where you remain until hold time runs out.Personnel answering phones could care less about your situation they want to sell you a product if you want to talk to a specific office it won't happen.

      I cancelled my insurance with USAgencies on 3/30/2022 verbally and was told okay and that I wanted a refund that was due back to me. No-one told me that I had to sign any papers to get the insurance cancelled. Now I am told that I will not received my refund do to the fact that I didn't sign any papers. But how can a person sign papers when the company where you live is closed and don't know when it will reopen. I don't have money just to give any company when I don't have insurance with them. I hope and pray that I will never have to deal with this company anymore ever again.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While it is always disappointing to learn that we have fallen short in meeting our customer's expectations, the information and feedback are critical to us in achieving our long-standing commitment to our customers.

      A review of our records indicates that our customer's policy, in fact, cancelled on April 2, for non-payment of premium. We have not been able to locate any request to cancel the policy on March 30. However, in good faith, we have adjusted our customer's refund to include the additional three days of unearned premium, and we will seek reimbursement for this additional amount from our customer's insurance company. We will consider this matter now satisfactorily resolved.
