      Sometime back in January around the 25th I bought insurance from USAGENCIES, because i live in the country on a back road that same night a deer hit me. The insurance company kept giving me the run around about getting my car fixed. Every time i received a claims adjuster they either leave the company or i never hear from them again. So i would start contacting the super supervisor of the the adjusters and they would never call me back. So i continued to pay my insurance thinking they would fix it around the March April another deer hit me. Now i got approved for this claim so the adjust Eliud Banda say but still never got my fixed. Here it is five months and still can't get in contact with anyone. I switched my insurance to Progressive only to find out USAGENCIES reported the accidents but never fixed my car

Please note, USAgencies is an insurance broker. Our agents assist customers with obtaining insurance policies through third party insurance companies. Therefore, our agents do not handle claims, do not make claims decisions, and do not make claims payments. Our records indicate that Ms. ****** purchased her auto policy (policy number EAAXXXXXXX) with Equity Insurance Company, whose program is administered by Bluefire Insurance Services as managing general agent. If Ms. ****** has a concern regarding how her claim is being handled, she needs to reach out to either Equity or Bluefire directly as we cannot speak on their behalf.

      I had gotten insurance with the via phone. Paid month to month then paid off a remaining balance for insurance policy, days or week after i called to update my car information because i just had upgraded my car. The agent who took my call told me i was getting charged $388 even and that i wouldn't have to paid anything until October which initially thats when my old policy would end and get a new one. Now the insurance company is charging me $309 and if i don't pay the amount they will cancel my insurance. Not to mention that i still gotta pay in October what ever offers i get to keep my insurance with them. And it doesn't show in my payment history that they charged me $388 for the update to the car.

      On May 18 2021 I contacted Usagencies to get a liability policy I had spoken with a insurance agent by the name of ******** ****** I had expressed to ms. ***** I would like a policy on my car and she said she could help me out with that she told me I would be paying the amount of 189.60 for my liability insurance she explained that once my money was taken off the card she would be sending me my new policy papers via email once the call is ended and that my insurance will be due every month around the same time which my knowledge was JUNE 18 when the call was ended I never received the policy I just received a declaration and also a insurance card documents that does not state when insurance is due let lone state that I only paid a down payment. On June 27 i was contacted by blue fire whom I didn't even know I was insured with called me stating my policy had been canceled on June 16 without my knowledge nor notice of my cancellation due to agent misguided and misrepresentation w/policy

Freeway Insurance Services of America LLC DBA USAgencies ("USAgencies") is proud of its long-standing reputation of providing exceptional service, and remains committed to its growing base of customers. USAgencies operates as an insurance agency, and as such, offers auto insurance from several national and regional insurance companies. Our records show that on May 18, 2021, our customer called USAgencies to purchase a liability-only auto insurance policy from an insurance company, with a policy period of May 18, 2021 to November 18, 2021, providing 15/30/25 liability coverage on her vehicle. The total policy premium was $826.00, and our customer opted to pay a down payment of $186.42, which included agency and finance fees and a down payment on an optional roadside assist product. Our records further indicate that our agent securely emailed the policy documents to our customer using the email address on file. Additionally, payment coupons showing the due date and amount of each payment were mailed to our customer at the address she provided. The first monthly payment was due on June 5th. While our customer failed to make her payment timely, we requested that the insurance company reinstate her liability policy to allow her more time to remit her delinquent premium and have confirmed the policy has been reinstated. As an insurance agency, USAgencies does not adjust claims and does not make decisions regarding claims matters. Any questions or concerns regarding claims decisions or the status of her liability claim should be appropriately addressed directly with her insurance company.
