    Family care do not honor their contracts with family. They cannot fulfill their commitment according to what is needed for their clients. Furthermore, Family Care created a false report of '"hostile work environment" against the family of their own patient. I would never recommend this agency to care for Dementia patients or anyone that cannot care for them selves. They lie about what they can do just to get your business and you never hear from owner after that. She avoids calls and never return calls. Your family will suffer if you choose this agency. You will suffer too. ANY complaint angers them and they will retaliate. To defame the character of your client is an aberration not fitting of a professional business.

    Family Care is sorry this is how the family feels. Family Care is a company that goes above and beyond for all of our consumers. Unfortunately there are times and circumstances we have no control over. One situation is when family interferes with the care of consumer which makes it harder for the direct service workers to perform their duties This was one of those cases and after 3 years of services we had to release a consumer due to family interference. Even during the pandemic, Family Care continues to provide excellent service for all consumers.
