On 07/07/21 at 4:36pm, I purchase a bag of cracklings from Ronnie's Boudin & Cracklin. Around 5:41pm I called Ronnie's and asked for the manager,I explained to him,while I was eating the cracklings I noticed something strange in the bag, after removing it out the bag,to my surprise! it was a dragonfly that had been fried, now I don't know how this happened, but I am sick with disgust, knowing that I was eating with this thing all over my order of cracklings.The manager said that I could bring them back and get a refund.It was so close to the closing time there was no way I could get back there before they closed.So I explain that I will bring them back tomorrow.Now today,I went in,after calling first, because it was the lunch rush hour, and I didn't want to dill with this in front of the customers.I was very disappointed how after giving the manager the dragonfly, she quickly dismissed it as being a turkey feather.She laugh then gave me a fresh bag of cracklings. not acceptableBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/07/27) */ The customer approached my manager about receiving what she thought was a dragonfly in a bag of Cracklin. Upon returning with the product, it was proven to her that it was NOT a dragon fly but a tip of a Turkey wing feather stem(which we fry Turkey wings all day in our fryer baskets). Upon proving this to her, she accepted my managers apology for the misunderstanding and a fresh bag of Cracklin as well. All parties left satisfied until we received this notice. She has since tried to blast my business of Facebook/social media even after receiving the correct information about the situation.
