I had an appointment on July 16,2021 the lady told the people i was run late and they said no worry so i got they at 240 i chang my clothe and went the man came out and said my session was over at 3;00 and i told him no it was 3;30 so he said let me going and get someone and i waiteing 10 mim he never return so i went and put my clothes on an left and they charge I $85.00 that no fare to me i wont my money backBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/08/10) */ On July 14, 2021, Anissa called to schedule appointments for herself, ******** and ******* for July 16, 2021 at 2:30. Our staff explained The Retreat's Booking & Cancellation Policy to Anissa, who pre-paid a 50% deposit with her personal credit card for all 3 appointments. On July 16, ****** and ******** showed up at the spa at 2:23 for their 2:30 appointments. ****** indicated that ******* was running late, and she and ******** opted not to wait for ******* and instead started their services on time. When ******* arrived at 2:45 (15 minutes into her 60-minute service), she was shown to the changing area where she changed into a spa robe and proceeded to the waiting area, where she was greeted by her massage therapist. ******* asked if she could join her friends in their massage room and was told no, that their service had already started and she would need to have her massage in a separate, private massage room. The massage therapist indicated how much time remained in *******'s appointment and pointed out that he had another customer scheduled immediately after hers (so he would not be able to give her the full 60-minutes she had scheduled due to being late getting started). She told him "Never mind then" and returned to the dressing room to redress. Upon the conclusion of Anissa and ********'s services, Anissa paid the 50% balance due for all three services with her personal credit card, as was dictated as part of the Booking & Cancellation Policy. This series of events was corroborated by another staff member and confirmed by audio-visual footage captured in the waiting room. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/08/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) No I was told I had only 20 min left i no they was going to lie to cover they Add I have no ideal they was going to have and accident I sat for 45min be for traffic start move i lefty home at 12:00 so that was not my intestinal to be late and plus it was rain all so .all I wont is my money back i did not cost the accident or make it rain and I all so call and ask was that going to be a problem and I was told no they unstained so went I get they it was a whole different story all I wont is my money back that what u get trying another Spa don't lie just tell the truth. u all thank u got away but no u just got by some going to get over on this Spa And they going to loose more then 85.00 went u try to get over on people u all way loose more only God no u are lieing I will make such i like people no about this Spa
